Another day another time I can't use the rags or vacuums. Get there at 8:15am. Not one car left while I was at the parking lot across the way drying off my car. They let people camp out here and dry off and detail their cars as long as they want despite the 10 minute supposed time limit. This car wash is pretty popular, likely because it's the only one of its kind in the area. The members line was long, but it moved efficiently, which I appreciated. Usually, there's a worker who sprays down the car before it enters the wash, but in my case, she only sprayed one side and wasn't very thorough -- a bit disappointing. The car wash itself was quick and did an okay job overall. There were plenty of parking spaces for vacuuming and drying your car, and lots of clean towels available, which made it easy to finish up. Ceramic wash is pretty good but if your paint isnt in great shape it might not be the best option. And $37 a month for ceramic wash is a pretty good deal when its usually around $15 each time at a gas station wash. read more

I normally visit every week, however everytime the compressed air is not working, or one of the rolling brushes are not working, or simply no towels. I really enjoy coming here for the very convenient and fast car wash! Not only is it very affordable but they also provide microfiber towels! The vaccuums are powerful and my favorite part of the car cleaning process. During peak times on the weekends there is a bit of a line so I definitely recommend coming during the weekdays read more

What a great quick quack. Better than ours in Folsom location. Loved the gate for leaving. Meaning that once you went through wash you went to the wipe and vacuum area. My store in Folsom has people pulling up to the vacuum without paying for a wash. Also had air hose for cleaning vents Value great as always. read more

Idk what that car wash has but the cars I've taken have only gotten damaged. I wanted to love it because it's convenient but it's horrible and I've had nothing but a bad experience. This is a new location situation in the same parking lot as Walmart. I recently received a free car wash and was very pleased with the car wash as well as the amount of vacuums. I was surprised to see that they even have clean towels to dry your car and touch up anything that was missed in the drive through car wash. The reason I'm rating this a 3 star is because today I went in to take advantage of my first month subscription for $9.99, however, the person that checked me in said that this was no longer being offered. I just checked my email, and the coupon has not yet to expired... so I'm unsure why this price was not honored. Additionally, there was not a single clean towel. Guest were throwing away the dirty towels and even putting the dirty towels where the clean ones are supposed to go. Maybe in the future an employee can regularly check to ensure that there are clean towels. Overall, I think that at $21 a month for unlimited car washes is a good value. I just hope I'm able to receive some help redeeming my $9.99 first month coupon. read more

Great car wash very helpful team member checked me in my car looks great. the lower score is because when i was vaccuming out the front seat of my work van the lady tending to the area 10/23 in the evening started harassing me. i was cleaning out my catering vans front seat and there was a sleeve of cups that was open and crushed and she basically told me quick quack isn't a dump because i threw it away. i realize its not a regular tossable item but the sign only limits the area by time not junk quantity or item. i didn't throw away more than what was in my passenger seat and in all honesty if i was aware of a policy that strict i probably wouldn't have gotten my car washed there. not trying to wild out but i do want clarity if im allowed to clean miscellaneous items from my front seats in the future so i have reference for the floor staff. thanks. read more

Stay far away! If their equipment causes damage to your vehicle they will do an internal report to placate you in the moment but will deny any liability and give you no recourse to contact or appeal. On Wednesday November 26, 2025 (unbeknownst to me) the vehicle in front of me came off their conveyor system. The conveyor kept moving until my car struck the back of the other car. At the time I could see nothing because the windshield was covered in soap. After shutting the equipment down an employee assisted me with backing out of the car wash then said they were going to do an incident report, took photos of my and the other vehicle and our information. I was told multiple times a manager would call me. Cut to a few business days later and I get a canned denial response in my inbox. I tried to call the store but the only phone number is an 888 call center where the person advised me there was nothing they can do and told me to go to the store. I went back and of course no manager or supervisor on duty, left my information again and was told they'd call me back which they have not. The email address that sent the denial does not respond to emails. I will never use Quick Quack Car Wash again at Marina or any other location and will tell everyone I know to stay away. I visited this location at about 11 am Thursday July 10th. The attendant on duty was disrespectful and argumentative about a 1in heavy duty fully waterproof/weatherproof hose in the truck bed that was secured on both ends. This hose has been in place for eight years and no other locations I have patronized have had an issue with it. It's been open for a bit now but it's still a well maintained washer. I have a new vehicle so I stopped going and terminated my membership because I was worried it might damage it. Six months later I went back and it actually turned out really nice. It's a truck also and it had no issues fitting. I think the price is in line with any other type car wash (places like the car wash barn in Texas for example). Because I have to pay now versus a membership I've had to interact with the staff. They actually are nice and not just there collecting a check. Even on days where I was upset with work and in a mood they actually were nice enough that it made me a bit better. I think the quality, price, and quality staff make this a better place to go than the full service in Monterey. Yea you might have to vacuum the inside but their machine washes the outside better than the "hand wash" detail at El Estero in Monterey. I those a nice car here before there. read more

BEWARE! Car scratched from this wash. I have frequented this place 3 times before my last visit on Monday, and it will be my last. After going through the wash and drying my car, I noticed several large scratches all over the hood of my car. I notified the staff to get their manager and the manager immediately defended the business saying the pattern of scratches didn't match the wash and that they couldn't say it was because of the car wash because no other cars before or after me were scratched. I was also told they would review video footage to determine what happened. The car next to me told me their license plate cover was broken off from the car wash so actually a car as technically damaged after mine. After filing a claim, they got back after a few days saying there is insufficient evidence. I am beyond disappointed that they are suggesting I am lying about this, and I will not return to this establishment. read more

Very aggressive machine. If you read the other reviews, you'll see many complaints like mine. And a couple weeks ago, my car got stuck in the washer and got hit from behind. Although they contacted me and offered to compensate it, they're only offering me about half of what the local body shop estimated for the repairs. The adjuster keeps ignoring my estimate and pushing me to sign the release of liability for their very low offer. On my next wash after that, the aggressive machine almost took off my license plate. I checked the car was cleaning next to me and asked the driver if his license plate was messed up here at the car wash, he said that happened here multiple times, but they never take accountability or change anything. So I asked the lady working at the front desk and she said it's because I don't have 4 screws on my license plate ‍. I have washed my car in multiple different car washes in multiple cities and never had these issues. All this for the expensive membership of $23 a month. I had a membership with them but I had to cancel. We use these types of car wash because it's convenient and fast. I went there and they had 3 employees helping a customer who was not a member. While all of us being members waited in line for over 10 minutes. They could have easily had our line move along while just 1 employee helped the non membership customer. When I asked for the manager or person I charged they all looked confused without a clue of what they were doing. I spoke to the manager and he didn't care and was dismissive. I have the top-of-the-line ceramic membership I go several times a week if I can the service is good unless things are not working or it's closed when it's supposed to be but tonight on May 6, 2025 at 8:32 PM I am having the same issue plus a new one, the wheel cleaner, scrubber, and ceramic coating that goes on your tires, which is just a black goopy and greasy mess, which I have complained about before still happening most of the time I go through I have to tell them to turn off the wheel cleaner, so I don't have to worry about using six of your rags to clean the goofy greasy mess off of my wheels and tires, which I show your employees again tonight and a young lady by the name of Atinessa ? When I showed her the mess on my wheels and tires, she had the nerve to tell me that my tires caused the buildup that comes off of your machine brushes. How do my tires on my Mustang cause a buildup of grease and slop to come off of your machine brushes And as I'm talking to her she just tells me whatever have a good night and walks away and the so called manager Luis thought it was funny and he smiles and Snickers like it's a joke and I said she's just a mean nasty rude and I said bitch and oh my God I just I feel like you guys should reimburse me all the money that I've spent there and you allow your employees to talk like that to the customers that's ridiculous. You need to teach them customer service. Now outside of that, it is very convenient right around the corner from my house and again I have a bad back so I can't wash my car and dry it, but I can dry it after a good washing then I have to keep bending over to clean the wheels because they get bad And nobody cares. Emblem ripped off. It was factory installed, secured and undamaged...until I experienced Quick Whack. Sure, the car is 8 years old and not 5. The machine still ripped it off (take note of other similar complaints). Not surprisingly, the claim was denied. What's more frustrating... Staff saw the emblem on the tracks in the wash and promised to retrieve it and call me when they closed up shop. Didn't happen. Assistant manager apologized and promised to call me after they'd retrieve it. Didn't happen. I then spoke with the MANAGER and they promised to call me back. Didn't happen. The business still has my emblem so I've canceled my membership to a place I was initially very excited about. Poor customer service, unreliable machine and bogus explanation in claim rejection email. There's a reason why the Better Business Bureau is loaded (!) with complaints about the company. You're better off at a gas station and shining your own tires or going to a place like El Estero once a month (same cost) without risking your car and getting a quality job inside and out. Bends license plates!!! Tried them out for the first time today. It cleaned great however I noticed mine and 6 other cars had bent license plates on the front. Mine was bent 90 degrees (the photo I took after trying to push it back into place). So glad it didn't rip it out. If you have a license plate that is held by two screws, beware. The ones that are attached to a full 4 screw thing should be fine. During the wash I thought the loud bang I heard was the snowboard rack having issues (which the commercial said those were "fine" and it was). But it was the sound of whatever monster trying to clean behind my license plate. I am so bummed because it washed so well but in this case it washed the front too well. With this being the case and them not paying for damages if it did damage my bumper, I will not be returning... read more

Two vacuumed nozzles to choose from. An air hose to blow out dirt dust before you vacuum or to air out water around windows, chrome, door jams, etc. there's a vending machine that you can purchase items but I did not get close enough to see products for sale. This is a follow on to the review that a gave a few days ago. The problem was that the attendant allowed my car to go in before I gave any kind of sign that all was good, which is to say I was on my way too early and they did not leave enough space between cars. My car did not jump one of the rollers and was not in drive. I find it interesting that they can say my car was in drive without any way of knowing this. But this is consistent with 14 ONE star reviews out of 54 reviews, or said another way, 26% of the reviews are ONE star. Would you buy anything on Amazon or Ebay that had 25% ONE star reviews? Back in 9/23 I filed a claim with the QQCW in Marina, Ca after going thru the CW and noticing scratches on my hood that appeared to be done by some type of rotating mechanical machine, (see pictures) the store leader R. Ward at that time, finally contacted me and showed me a previous video with no damage to my hood. Although i had no idea where in the world I could possibly get this type of damage to my hood, I did not pursue it, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Continuing to wash my car once a week, until one-year latter, I noticed a new set of scratches 'with the exact same type of rotating machinery damage to top of my hood, several inches from the previous damage, (see before & after pictures) I filed another claim and sent them the pictures, thinking they would want to make this right, Instead the store leader M. Ward responded with the same absolute denial as before. I filled a complaint with the BBB to try to resolve the issue, but there's been no response, I guess ill have no choice but to pursue small claims thru the courts. read more
