The other automatic machines I've used before could at least get rid of most stains. This one left all the stains there. Maybe I should've paid for the more expensive option, but I've never really had to do that before. Their $12 wash was more like a quick soapy rinse of the car + quick dry. I'm not expecting all the stains to come off...but to have the same amount remaining is kind of disappointing. The drying machine looked pretty good tho.

There's no tap pay, so you have to insert your card which is extra suspicious. There' used to be lights on no matter how late I came here to wash my car, but it was dark, no lights. The only lights, thankfully, was this taco truck parked right in the little lot. There was a car there, already driven into the auto car wash port, but nothing came on. I spilled coffee on the (fabric) passenger seat of my new Corolla and just couldn't get the stain and smell of it out at home. I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. So even if it was a bit out of the way, I decided to give them a try. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at. Brian and the team was able to get almost all of the stain out (see pics). And the people there were really nice! Overall, great value and experience - highly recommend!

A few days prior to my "Holy" appointment, I finally had fixed my engine oil leak (through a different vendor in San Bruno) for my '99 Mazda Miata and I wanted to make sure my engine bay was not only clean and smooth as a baby's bottom, but that I could eat off it (kidding!) at a moment's notice. The staff assured me that a light power wash with a steam clean would not affect any internal engine components --and they were correct. Recommend Holy Moly highly, a near-religious experience. Overall, I think it's a reasonable car wash and I appreciate that they give you a free wash after a certain number of washes and that they track that automatically through your license plate so you don't need to make any sort of account. When I parked and opened my trunk I noticed soap suds and dirt still in my rear lights. Did it get wiped down at all? If the owner reads here I hope you're evaluating team moral or overworked employees? Not sure what's happening, but bad service often traces back to people not being happy and underpaid.
