It took about 1-2 hours and they did exactly what they said they did - I got a text 15 minutes before and my car was ready shy of 2 hours. I was able to walk down El Camino to Coupa Caffe (which is about 10 minute walk) and wait there. That was very convenient as I didn't have to take an uber anywhere but was able to enjoy the nice sunshine with a brisk walk. Highly recommend going to go get a coffee while you wait! When I did pick up the car, it was beautifully polished and well clean inside. They even cleaned my kids car seats which I appreciated!! However, this didn't do the trick. One of the managers, Aurelio, suggested a hand wax and buff for a reasonable price. He was authentic in suggesting solutions that would resolve the issue within my price range. After the initial wax, I was happy with the result, but the manager noticed that some marks were still slightly visible. He insisted on giving it a second go to ensure the car was in tip top shape.
