We've been Luigi's customer for 2 years now and can confidently say he consistently does quality work. I previously would get my car washed and detailed at a shop and have also tried other mobile services. However, for roughly the same price as the shop, Luigi will come to you and no access to water or electricity is needed from your end. You cannot find this convenience and value elsewhere. Just got a full interior detail done on our family minivan, which had two kids' worth of grime and snacks built up over the years. Luigi did a thorough and professional job cleaning out all nooks and crannies (including removing, cleaning, and replacing second and third row seating) and restored all surfaces to like new condition. Have had my car washed by this service a few times. The quality has been going down. This time they did a sloppy job on the windshield. 1. I had told them that this is important to me. They left foggy spots and towel residue which makes me doubt they even used quality material. 2. The were rushed, they spent probably half or 2/3 of the time they advertise on the web site. 3. . I texted them, when I discovered the issues All they had to say was: "Sorry aboutthat, possibly we didn't notice because of the reflection of the sun." For $95 for "exterior and basic interior", which does not even cover the frunk interior as you can see, I expect more, at a minimum come back and take care of the issue or give a descent discount for next time. If the location is not appropriate for the job tell me, we could have moved to the other side of the parking lot. It is difficult to capture the glass issues with a camera, I attach my best. read more

We had our Toyota Highlander detailed today by Luigi. This car has seen it all- kids, dogs, trips to Tahoe. I tried to clean it myself but it seemed like a lost cause. I couldn't get the dirt out of the seats or the dog hair out of the carpet. After Luigi worked on it this morning, it looks like a brand new car. Could not be happier. Edit: I talked to Luigi, and he explained that his leather conditioner doesn't normally leave a residue, and that it may not be compatible with my leather seats. He was kind enough to offer a free car wash for the future, and offered to come back and wipe the seats down if I wanted. I appreciate his willingness to listen to his customers and his professionalism. I got an Interior Detail + Car Wash, and while the car was clean, too much leather conditioner was applied. Everything from the door handles to the seats, was oily and sticky (see image). I ended up spending an hour wiping down every surface to remove the excess. I'm disappointed that I paid nearly $200, only to have to clean my car myself and wipe off conditioner that was applied carelessly. read more

I have had 2 very pleasant experiences with them now so I figured it's time to leave a glowing review! Booking is very easy through their online system and they have pretty good availability. They were right on time at 8 AM sharp for my appointment. The whole process is quick and easy, handed them my keys and they texted me when they finished in just under an hour for a regular wash and interior clean. They even helped me dispose of some trash I had been lazy to throw out from my cupholders :) I will say, at $79 for my coupe, the price tag is higher than I'm used to paying (it was only $35 back in LA for a mobile wash) but I understand the bay is more expensive. They do a phenomenal job with cleaning and there aren't many good car washes near me so the money is worth it in my opinion. They're so detail oriented, I noticed he does a full round-the-car inspection and he even alerted me to a nail that was in my tire I hadn't noticed! EDIT: just checked my email and see that Luigi refunded me the price of my mats. This would have been a favorable review if I didn't have to argue with him about having them replaced. I shouldn't feel bad about this but I do. His response below actually makes him look worse than my review. Of course I don't want the tip back, as I was never asking for a refund. I just wanted some accountability in regards to replacing something he ruined. Luigi and his coworker arrived on time and got to work right away. Both of them were pleasant enough. After they were done I took a look at the work. I paid $300 to have it detailed including a polish. I quickly found a few scratches in the paint that weren't fixed. I showed them to Luigi but he acted like he didn't understand what I was saying and kept wiping the scratches with the towel like that was going to remove them somehow. Im not sure if he was making trying to make it seem like he couldn't understand what I was talking about but he could clearly see the scratches. I decided it wasn't worth the time so I gave a tip and sent them on their way. The guys left and I quickly realized they took my floor mats. I text him and about 15 minutes later his coworker showed up without him but without a car. It looked like he parked down the street and made the other guy walk them to me. He only showed up with 2 of the 4 so I asked where the others were. He said he'd be right back. 20 minutes later he came back with the other 2. Same thing he showed up by foot again. I asked him what happened and he said they were left on the roof of the car and flew off on the freeway. After explaining that he left. As I was putting them back in my car I realized they had grease on them and the threads were pulled out of one of them. I told Luigi about the problems and sent him photos. He told me to send him a receipt of replacements. The mats are high end s2000 mats that are $475 to replace here in the states. I told him and he wasn't thrilled by this so I tried to find more options. I found them in the UK for $300. That was still too much so I told him if he can find them sold separately that he could replace the 2 that were the worst. I didn't need to offer this but felt bad so was willing to work with him. A few days go by and no word from Luigi, Im guessing he was hoping I'd forget about it. I checked in today and he wanted to send me a 50% return on the detail which was $157.50. This barely covers half of the price of the mats. Not only do I still need to pay another professional to remove the rest of the scratches out of my paint, Im also left with ruined mats. If you need a regular car wash for a regular car Im sure you'll be happy with the service as long as you make sure you have everything before he leaves. If you need a polish I can't recommend him at all. read more

He gave me a quote and offered to come within a couple days. He showed up and took care of both at once. They are shockingly clean. I noticed he missed a spot (I took the car to pick up the kids). You wait in line until you can drive through when they vacuum your car, they take your car into the car wash, scrub it with those brushes, your car comes out, and they wipe it down. You can pay extra and they'll wax your car. But if you seen how they do that "detailing"... not very thoroughly. Wax left in cracks, and you somehow have the feeling that they're not really doing a dedicated job. COMPARE Super comes to you! You to schedule your appointment online, at your office, at your home, probably anywhere. Today they arrived 15 minutes early. No one arrives 15 minutes early for anything in my life, particularly service providers. Then two guys get out of their van and eat our car up, washing it with spray on foam, wax it, like it's their own Lamborghini, and are so obsessive about details, they continue even when we had paid. ORDERING SECONDS We were so pleased with Luigi's service that I asked him if he could take time to wash and wax of our second car. Of course, he said yes, and I pulled my car around to a convenient place, and again they took great care of washing and waxing our second car, including treating the tires and carefully washing our alloy wheels. AM I BETRAYING MY FRIEND? I have a soft spot in my heart for drive-through car washes because when I was just two years old, the only dentist in town who would remove my dead tooth, and became my dentist for childhood and young adult, owned the drive-through car wash in Menlo Park. Since Covid I haven't driven my car very much and fell behind on cleaning. From both the ash from fires and a few months of hiking and falling leaves, my car was pretty dirty. The SCWD truck arrived and had my car cleaned up in about 2 hours. Luigi was very good at communicating to verify my appointment. Honestly 95/100 -- my car didn't look completely new, but it was cleaner than I could have done myself in a few hours at the car wash. I'm trying to clean my car to be sold. I always wash and detail my car, but I just don't have the time this week. I make an appointment for 9 am-12 pm for interior and exterior detailing with extra to clean the wheels for $220. The $220 is normally for a sedan/small SUV. My car is a 2 door/2 seat 2015 Porsche Cayman. They should have plenty of time to get my car right. I cancel my meetings for 9 am to make sure I'm available to explain what I want them to focus on. 9:15 am no one is here. I try to call. No one picks up after 5 calls. There is no voice mail set up. 9:20 their truck finally comes and I get a call from them saying they are late because I'm slightly out of their service area. I think they should have told me that when I booked the week prior. I have a 9:30 call that I can't miss. I explain to the detailers that I want the rims that are not in the car, but are next to the car to be detailed. Not the ones on the car. He nods yes and says he understands. I also tell them to try to remove them to remove the tire marks from the front of the car (since I recently drove the car on the track). They also say they understand. Half way through, they are washing the wrong cars rims. I have to explain again to wash the rims not on the car. The detailed looks annoyed. At 11:20 they say they are done. I wasn't expecting them done that quickly. I have a call at 11:30-12 so I quickly look at the car and point out some tire marks. They say they won't come off because they are scratches. I take their word for it and I quickly approve, they leave and I make it to my call at 11:30. After work, I go back to see that there are many tire and autox come marks left all over the car, they never washed the inside of the windshield, and there are still bugs left all over the front of the car. I spend an hour and a half removing and cleaning the car. It all came off...I will give them that they cleaned the carpets, washed the outside of the car, cleaned some dust off, and made the rims look good, but definitely not worth the money. Amazing clean. I bought a Honda Odyssey from a friend who used it for 8 yr and never detailed or deep cleaned the car. I took the full detail with engine and headlight restoration.
