The staff assured me that a light power wash with a steam clean would not affect any internal engine components --and they were correct. Recommend Holy Moly highly, a near-religious experience. This place is great! I reached out since they were close to my house and had great reviews. They respond pretty much instantly on yelp, friendly and professional, and provided a great pricing on their services. The drop off went smoothly when Steven went out to greet and discuss what they were going to do. I had a large scuff that I wanted to buff out, and my Camry has been parked outside my tree infested apartment for a while. After picking it up, the car was holy super shiny! I found my detail spot. I had been wanting...no needing a proper detail for my beloved '24 MINI Cooper S. There are a small handful on the Peninsula. I found Holy Moly That's Shiny through Yelp. I called, got a decent quote and made the appointment. The place was a little hard to find. It is behind an auto repair shop. I rolled and they immediately went to work. A tip of the cap to them for having an air-conditioned office and WiFi. I got a little work done. The good folks a HMTS are awesome. My MINI looked like it did when I picked it up when I first bought it. My goodness it looked good. The tech (I forgot his name) also gave me some good advice on protectant for the door panels and dashboard. Anyway, my goal is to have my car detailed every 3 months or so during the sunny months. LOVE I've had my car detailed here twice. It really is shiny. Service is good. MEH I've asked for wax twice. The first time, water didn't bead up at all, so I could tell it wasn't real wax. Also, the price wasn't enough to be wax. The second time, I made a point of asking for real, hand-rubbed paste wax. I paid twice as much. Water beads up somewhat, but not as much as I expect. I'll be honest I picked this place because of the name and of course all the positive reviews. My car has been through some things and hasn't been cleaned for years but I couldn't take it anymore and decided to get an exterior and interior detailing. There were layers of dog hair in the car and I eat in my car too so there was a multitude of crumbs and other questionable items on my car including a birthday candle that had baked itself into my cup holder. Wow, they did an amazing job. I expected just a quick wash and vacuum, but I got so much more! My car was really dirty (it had just been through a 1000 miles of road trip). It came out spotless! Stephen did a great job buffing out the scratches on my Tesla and was very thorough. He explained that for the scratches that couldn't be buffed out, applying touch up paint on very superficial scratches would look blotchy cause there wouldn't be a deep enough surface for the paint to settle in. Brought my car in without much expectation, but George and Yvonne (hope I got their names right), owners of this shop, removed the swirls within 5 minutes and like new!
