This review is based on my personal experience. The sales process may feel fine initially, but in my experience, the real test is how things are handled after the purchase--and that's where my experience was very disappointing. I purchased my vehicle in December 2025 and was promised, in writing by the General Manager, that I would receive an extra key at cost. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of delays and repeated follow-ups. I was asked to provide proof of this agreement four separate times, even though I had the original text message from the General Manager. In my experience, it was unnecessarily difficult to get the dealership to honor what had already been agreed to. When I went in to resolve the issue, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My interactions with both the service department and sales staff felt dismissive, and I left without confidence that the situation was being handled appropriately. Overall, my experience was that once the sale was completed, communication and follow-through were lacking. It took several months to finally receive the second key I had been promised. I had previously leased a Jeep from this dealership and returned expecting a better experience when purchasing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not return to this dealership. I encourage others to review feedback carefully before making a decision.

We made an appointment in the morning with David Hamel. And when we booked said appointment, we stated we wanted to leave with a new truck same day and wanted this done as quickly as possible. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. We test drove the truck and things were going fine. We noticed some ants on the truck, but figured it was just from sitting on the lot. When it came to negotiations, there was a lot of back and forth, fine and expected. I basically had to push the paperwork along myself, asking what we could be doing to speed this along vs just staring at each other twiddling our thumbs. Numerous times David disappeared rather than work to finalize the sale. To this day I still don't have the registration for the truck I've now had for 3 weeks. The man in finance got us through very quickly and was pleasant to converse with. He was the best part of the experience. During this time David told us the truck was getting cleaned and would be ready at 2pm, so we decided to go to lunch to kill time. Back from lunch, we are waiting for our truck. While we waited I asked if I could test drive another vehicle as we were in the market for an SUV as well. David said yes over text but when he came back from wherever he went, he said no. At 4pm David tells us that our truck is getting cleaned now. Another hour goes by, my husband goes and tells him to just give us the truck and we're tired of waiting. He refuses and says it's almost done. At 5:30, we finally get our "clean" truck. The truck was rinsed off at best and looked the same as when we test drove it, but with more ants. When we drove off, insulation came flying out of the left corner of the dash, and now air comes into the cabin making an annoying noise going over 50mph. Turns out there was an ant nest in the truck. How did that not get addressed when getting cleaned? Either way we were so irritated with the whole experience, we dealt with the ants ourselves. We had no intention of writing a poor review, as even though these issues made for a poor experience, we ultimately like our truck. However, after the countless attempts from the dealership asking us to fill out a survey, we did. We were honest with our experience with David. Rather than attempting to resolve any of the issues we experienced or at least offer an apology, I received this text from David (attached). This review serves as a warning to future First customers, as well as to warn First how this salesman speaks to an already unhappy customer.

Just reaching out through text so that you can see everything written out and can look it all over. So the driver side mirror does need to be replaced and the cost would be $532.96 with parts, tax, and labor. Also the tpms light is on because the left rear tpms sensor is not reading and should be replaced along with 4 tires. The tread on all 4 tires is low. The ost to replace all 4 tires with the tpms sensor would be $624.50. Next, as for the horn not working it does need to be replaced and that would be $350. with parts, tax, and labor. The tech found the right front inner and outer tie rods need replacing as they have alot of play, the cost to replace these would be $767 with an alignment afterward. And last the check engine light is on for 2 issues. First is for the mass air flow sensor would need to be replaced $454.47. And lastly, there is a "code of death" for the transmission meaning that the transmission would need to be replaced and the cost of that would be $6365. Please let me know what you'd like to do. My check engine light appeared after the repair. I went to Auto Zone to have them diagnosis the issue. It was exactly what was E valve repaired. So Manny, tells me to don't over fuel and "Reset" my check engine light. Whew! a month later same issue. again, he resets my check engine light. 3rd time I consented to a smoke test, They determined it was a 02 censor!!!!!!! And I decided I would have the repair done later. Now my car isn't starting after fueling. So I take it to have 02 censor replaced. Same issue my vehicle will not immediately start. I take at least 3 keys turns. Mind you I have AAA, and I was suppose to get 10% off PARTS & Labor. Manny only discounted the labor. I went back and brought this to his attention with the printed information AAA has online & the issue with my car not starting. Manny's slick talk, bring on Monday, I will order the part it's under warranty. I also had 4 new tire installed, My tire monitoring system has been activating ever since, and all he done is bring out a device and places against the tire and says its registering. The front passenger TPMS was damaged upon it being removed from the old tire and placed on the new one. Again, he denies this fault. I picked up my vehicle, on a Tuesday, March 10, 2026 and check enging light was off, and it started with easy. I did fuel it to see if I would have any issue with the starting. On Thursday, the same issue presented itself without the check engine light on. THIS SHOP IS NELIGENT... I AM A WOMAN, AND I WAS TAKEN Advantage OF. If you don't have money to lose, DO NOT HAVE YOU VEHICLE REPAIRED AT THIS CROOKED ESTABLISHMENT. THE DECEIT IS normal business practice. subpar parts are used. Because other my connection for doing business for years, I became a "TARGET". Manny would not even give me the 10% discount on parts!!! Awful, dishonest, unethical, lying, crooks. IT ALL ABOUT TAKING MONEY WITHOUT SUBSTANCE. WOMAN PLEASE CONSULT WITH SOMEONE BEFORE YOU TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR MANNY!!!
