I come here a lot. They have two vacuum stations right next to the car wash. The bathrooms are also located here. Gas is a fee cents cheaper here than Temecula. Lots of pump and wide aisles between them. Easy to get big vehicles in for fueling. Convenience store has some snacks, sodas etc. In n out burger is next door for your burger fix. read more

This Shell employee on the left of my attached photo is terribly rude to Shell customers. Went in with a totally empty 22 gallon gas tank in my car and only had a $100 bill. I asked for $60 on pump #2. This Shell employee says they do not have change for $100. So I said Ok I'll take $80 on pump #2. (Less change). I was told in a second rude tone that they would not take my $100 bill. I asked, "so you don't have $20 in change? I don't care if it's a few $5's and a $10." He told me "No, I don't have change for your $100 bill." , I can't help you. It wasn't just the answer but the rudeness ofv the delivery of the answer. I said, I've not ever been treated this rudely at any business. I was told they don't care I Said fine I guess I'll get Gas somewhere else and that I would not be coming back to Shell again, and that I would be posting a Yelp review. The employee said... "OK GOOD, post your review." I walked back to my car feeling so disrespected, changing my mood from what had been a great day into just feeling mad. I walked back into shell to take a photo of said employee so whomever manages this place would know specifically who was responsible for this glowing one star review. Being a business owner myself I knew I would want to know which employee in my business was treating my customers so poorly that they would never want to come back to my shop again, and then telling them "OK GOOD" when they said I won't be back here again due to how rudely and disrespectful I was just treated. I was then told... "YOU CANT TAKE MY PICTURE" I said "too late I already took it, call the cops." To which He responded that he would! Customer service no longer exists in this great country of ours especially when you hire the entitled that think they are doing you a favor by letting you spend your money in the business they have been hired to represent. Well sorry but when you treat Shell's customers with such a rude tone and words, and can not figure out how to make $20 change between two open cash registers for someone trying to fill up their totally empty 22 gallon gas tank your in the wrong job. I would have taken a gift card for the $20 change if you "really didn't have change". Instead you trear me like an jerk and use the rudest tone I think I have encountered in any business the whole year of 2019 and we are at the end of the year. I took my $100 nextdoor after I told you I'd never be back to Shell again to which you responded "OK GOOD". Mike over at 7-11 was happy to accept my US CURRENCY in exchange for gas for my car. I have included a photo of the RUDE EMPLOYEE of Shell (the one on the left of these two employees) As well as a photo getting gas next door at 7-11 with Shell in the back ground. It takes a lot to ruin my day and make me willing to sit in the parking lot spending 15 minutes writing a review, but you 100% earned every word of this One Star review including the time it took me to write it. You are a horrible employee for the Shell Brand name and if you worked for me you would be fired immediately. If you "really" couldn't make $20 change there are many other options anyone could have come up with, the 1st of which would be just being nice, apologize, and say you honestly just don't have change, maybe I could wait a minute for the next customer to purchase $20 worth of gas so you could make change. I would have been open to anything as I am a pretty laid back and understanding customer. It was your rude demeanor, total disrespect, your mean words, and showing so clearly that you could care less to help me buy gas from Shell that was the problem. Not the fact that you didn't have change. I would have happily took a store credit. Instead you sent me nextdoor to 7-11 and told me you could care less if I ever purchased fuel from Shell again. To the owner of this Shell Gas Location..... this employer is treating YOUR customers with extreme rudeness, and costing you business. In attached photo the Very RUDE EMPLOYEE OF Shell is on the left. Steer clear of this employee if you try to get gas here at Shell. But as much as I like Shell fuel quality, I'd just save myself the disgusting experience and just get gas at 7-11 a hundred feet away! If the owner of this location reads these reviews you should fire this employee immediately, they are costing you business. Test them with some mystery shoppers if this review and your other similar reviews don't convince you, this person is bad for business. I won't be back. I love this place! Excellent customer service!!! I was having a problem with my gas can and couldn't fill it. Both Abel and Nicole were so nice!!! First of all, I love Shell and only use Shell. This is not a review on the company per se, mainly for the employees. Their customer service here is horrible! I used to come here all the time because it was convenient. The lady that is the manager or assistant manager there should not be working there or even be manager. She is rude and unprofessional. She acts like she hates her job and doesn't want to work there. I've observed on various occassions (whether with me or other customers) she always has side conversations with other people and her son is always there distracting her and talking loud. She undermines people and make them feel dumb. I cringe everytime I come here. read more

One of my most visited fueling stations because of proximity to the 215 fwy. It's on a big lot with lots of room between pumps. Ok customer service from the cashiers but lines can be slow at times. This location doesn't sell Lotto though...bummer. read more

Can't beat the location. Right off the 215 and Los Alamos. Their prices are about the same as everyone else. I love their car wash!! It's one of the best. Things that are annoying: Their computer take FOREVER to get going. You swipe your card....then 15 seconds later...zip code. Then 20-25 seconds later, do you want a car wash...you get the idea. When you just want to go home after a long day of work, this is sometimes enough for me to not come here. They also used to have those annoying sales guys that try and sell you that window cleaner crap that takes out scratches or something. Hey buddy...I have a brand new car...leave me the f alone!!! This Shell has a massive lot. Plenty of room at the pumps, and easy to get in and out fast. The staff is always friendly. The car wash does a good job also. I do wish that the store was larger I don't get why it isn't since their lot is so massive but this is still my favorite gas station! read more

I was near this location and decided to stop since they had a car wash, and I also needed to fill up my gas tank. The fuel pump was adequate other than being a bit slow processing all the information, however, the actual pumping of gas was rather fast. I also liked that their pumps are on the newer side. The car wash had a hiccup and didn't work at first, so I pushed the "assistance" button and never go a response. I had to go inside, and once I was in line, I had the unfortunate "privilege" of hearing another customer ask about a price discrepancy between the shelf price and the actual price once the item was scanned (the shelf tag was less than the charge). At this point, the cashier that was assisting this customer started to answer, but, before he could do so, a second clerk stood up from sitting behind the counter, put his uniform shirt on and began to speak to the customer in a very loud and condescending voice. To make things worse, he not only treated the customer rudely, but he actually stated that "the price changes happened today and we didn't have time to change the shelf prices", "I'm off the clock now, but, since the minimum wage went up, everything else has to go up and we'll get around to changing the prices later." I waited my turn, and when I explained to the clerk what was happening with the car wash, again Benji began speaking over his coworker, and again in a very rude/condescending manner telling me that I wasn't charged for the wash. I showed him my receipt that had the paid code, and I also let him know that I had pressed the assistance button several times without a response, and he stated he did not know there's an assistance button. At this time, he told the other clerk to get the manager, and when she came up, she looked up my code and said it was still valid. I did get my car washed and the wash was actually a good one ($10 wash). Overall, I will not be returning to this particular Shell station based upon the lack of customer service, not only to myself, but to the customer before me!! If you don't mind being treated poorly, then you probably won't mind, however, I do not appreciate how I was treated after spending over $67.00!! read more

This place just plain sucks, the customer service is horrible unless you are a friend of the bleach blonde old lady behind the counter. I have decided to fight the traffic and go over the freeway to anywhere else but here. Good Shell station. Good car washer.

This is my favorite Shell! I only use shell gas for my car because it really "goes the extra mile," if you know what I mean. The staff is always super friendly and the station is always kept very clean. This is probably the cleanest gas station I've been to. Jacky helped me today and she greeted me with a smile and asked me about my day. I'm not much of a conversationalist, but she's very easy to talk to. Overall, just a fantastic experience! read more
