The pumps are clean but I don't like that I have to walk in to have a car wash card stamped.. I just want to pump and drive through the pump .. too bad they don't offer a scan machine so I can get my free wash after several car washes. read more

The older lady who works there is rude AF. A gentleman had purchased an item on sale he came back and told her he wasn't charged correctly and upon coming back in for the correction she remove the sale sign and told him she cannot refund his money due to manager not being on site. If someone gives you money you should be able to return it along with the Deceit in removing the sign was enough for me. It's not the first time I've seen her being rude but this is the last time I will spend my money there. read more

I don't come here for the customer service so i could care less how rude or nice they are. I'm here for the gas price and even when the prices fluctuate at other Chevrons, they fluctuate as well but always seem to be lower. I thought that this gas station was 24 hours . I get off work really late around 2am , and I go because usually they are open . When I try the door there is an employee just staring at me and I'm trying to ask him through the window basically if I can go in or not and he just keeps blankly staring . First of all, let me say this is really bad experience. I only purchased gas at Chevron because the app and the service is typically amazing. However, today akraam, the self acclaimed manager pretended to be buddy buddy with me until the last moment there is only one size of the two offer for coffee. I decided to pick the same size and it fountain drink cups and filled my coffee cup. I went up to the stand, and when it showed my total it showed the proper amount to 39 for a small coffee, I thought the manager was being nice because he did not have Allegra or Benadryl for my allergy symptoms that I went to pay and tap my card when I printed out the total it printed out for 79 which is double the price of what he had shown before when I talk to the manager about him not mentioning this about it being unfair that there wasn't a cup available and that he didn't even mention he was charging me at 2:39. This is not very much but it's the principle of why did you do that and then Kassidy to fight with me and explain, or reason why he felt he was just in, his business dealings. DO NOT GO IN HERE BC THIS GUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PRACTICING BUSINESS ETHICS. read more

Thiefs...Do not go there as they make rules as they go in order to not honor their car wash club, as my wife goes to turn in her car wash club card the person working the register says he cannot honor it cause all the stamps are not in the same year, keep on mind the card reads on the front see back for details and weird it says nothing about that. If that is the case then maybe it should say that otherwise now you are making the rules up as you go. I wonder if chevron corporate is aware of that. Me and my wife have 6 total vehicles between us and I promise you none of them will ever enter that parking lot again, good job, a car wash will now cost you all of our business. read more

It's a clean, well lit gas station & Extra Mile convenience store. On my trip here today I tried out the $1 carwash and it was decent. What can you really expect for a dollar right? They also have F'real brand milkshakes here and they also sell Lotto! read more

Horrible! Don't com here if you don't want to waste time. The pump didn't work right. I purchased a carwash, no receipt.. went inside waited in line to get a receipt. The code didn't work on the carwash. They had to re-boot it which took at least 15 min. Lots of customers in line behind had to wait too. Similar experience last time I came here. Never again. The bathroom here was clean which was great because I stepped in some gum and had to get it out and didn't want to hop around a filthy bathroom. The service lady was OK. I like that they have a car wash and thatt they have a few vacs so you can fresh up the ride ( don't even as about mine Lol) they are doing some work on the place so it can be a little hard to drive. That basically means they are terrible business owners and they have people that don't understand English properly. And can't give you answers if a disaster happens if somebody gets hurt or anything to that nature. I had a piece of my car broken off going through their drive through car wash and I've been trying to get who's in charge. the insurance company .the owner's name they couldn't give me anythingl. the manager Akeem acts like he's in a third world country this is the most ridiculous and Crazy situation I've ever experienced when my car was damaged in the wash rack Akeem the manager couldn't even give me the name of the insurance company. that covers the gas station it is absolutely ridiculous trying to just get Common Sense answers or insurance company information so you can contact them about the damage. it's going on almost a month I've made a police report and I'm Consulting an attorney .I also got in touch with the corporate company which is the only communication I've had with who actual is like a over see some of the gas station it's been a nightmare. one half star. it's all they get for me and I'll never go back there again. read more

This Chevron is probably the cleanest one I've ever been to, holy crap. Maybe because it's not in a terribly busy intersection, but is in a pretty decent location on Murrieta Hot Springs and the end of Margarita Road. Extra mile was extremely organized and clean. Energy drink prices weren't very competitive but I guess you're also paying for convenience. Everyone talks about a $1 car wash... I guess I'll have to come back for that. read more

I love this Chevron as it's directly across the street from an Arco and typically has lower prices. The mini-mart is clean and has a decent selection ruin of candy's, gum and other treats when I need a quick go to before heading out for the day. I also love the convenience of their car wash - and the .10 discount in gas never hurts! When in a hurry I do their $6.00 wash (which is more like $3.50 after the gasoline discount). My kids love when in splurge and do one of the more expensive / detailed car washes as the soaps smell like bubble gum. I only have this a four star for the Simone reason that the drying time is wavy too short. It starts before you're cleared to drive forward after the wash ends, and at just 99 seconds long, I struggle to get a decent dry before it turns off. read more

$12 car wash and my car was not cleaned. I felt good. Just got a new black Infiniti. Got bird poop in the hood. No problem. Whipped into the Chevron here. I thought the $12 price was high for a car wash, but, I wanted the poop off...so..I paid. The wash went ok but...the dryer did not dry my car and stopped while I had 33 seconds left. I went inside and asked to go through again. The attendant said that he could not authorize it and that the manager had to and he would not be in until tomorrow. This car was SUCKS and it is expensive. DO NOT USE IT. read more

My son went in to pay and told me he was spoken to rudely. I went in to inquire why this happened and I sure found out. Used to provide free air and water which legally is required by California law to be provided for costumers that purchase fuel. You can still get it for free if you ask but it seems these guys decided to go the route of ripping customers off that don't know about said law just like the 7-Eleven up hot springs near the 215. Remember to ask for air and water don't pay the fee. read more
