Mid-wash I heard a scraping/scuffing sound and was immediately concerned. When I pulled out I got out of my car right away to see if there was damage to my car. And there was. I immediately pulled around to tell someone and was told it was "impossible" but in the same sentence she said it happens to "larger vehicles like pickups". She told me that "they didn't hear anything" despite the fact that car washes are clearly not quiet. I was not on the phone or listening to anything. I requested that someone contact me right away to discuss repair, as I can say with certainty that the door pillar right in front of my face every time I open the door was not severely scratched before this wash. A review of their cameras should show my I scratched vehicle entering, and my damaged vehicle exiting. I await their response, and will update this review as it unfolds. UPDATE: I received a call today from the owner, who flatly told me that it was "not his wash" and that he didn't know what to tell me. I told him about the noise, and that I was certain, and he told me "I don't know what to tell you. my car wash doesn't scratch cars." I then asked about the cameras that were supposedly there, and he told me there was one camera at the entrance, but that it isn't even clear enough to differentiate between the window and the pillar. I asked him about the cameras that the attendant said were in the wash which she said would be used "to confirm that nothing touched the car" and was told there is one camera, but that it is only clear enough to differentiate a car from truck, and nothing else. Incidentally, I went to the body shop for a quote this morning, and told the employee that the damage had happened in a car wash. They informed me that another customer had just had the same scenario (but for them, the paint) and that it had happened in the same wash. I found this to be quite telling because the owner had just finished bragging that another car owner had filed a claim, but that he had never paid one. The owner of this wash may respond to reviews online, but in actuality couldn't care less about damage because as he said... I can't prove it. Car owners beware.

The detail was poorly done so management offered to re-clean it and refund the charge. May 2025 we left my car for 10 days and scheduled a detail. We called the day after we left to make sure everything was all set, since we had to leave my car at the airport and not at the park and wash (they were closed by the time we got to the airport). They said they had the car and they'd get it cleaned. Great. We arrive to pick up my car after our trip and they can't even find it. After 10 min of searching for my keys, the shuttle driver decides to ride around their lots with my husband to try and find it. Lo and behold, it never got cleaned while we were gone. The guy was apologetic and encouraged us to call the manager on Monday. So we did. After a few days of various excuses as to what happened, and different stories from each person, we're told we can come in on a weekend and have it done for free. Both ended up being lies. No weekend would actually work for them - so we scheduled for the week of July 4th as I'd be on vacation and wouldn't need my rig for work. Arrive to drop off my car on 7/2 and we're told the detail won't be free. Had we known this was going to happen, we would've gone elsewhere. Especially considering the place is totally out of our way. After a lot of back and forth with my very angry husband, the rude kid at desk and the manager Tammy, I agreed to pay a discounted rate and to pick it up the next day. The next day comes and I walk in. The kid at the desk immediately calls for the manager, Tammy. Tammy tells me there's an additional fee for pet hair. They claim I never mentioned that their would be hair in the vehicle - which was also a lie as my husband and I had stated throughout our many conversations with both people that my vehicle is used for business/there are multiple dogs in my car every single day. I laughed and said whatever. Paid $280 for a detail (including tip) and walked out. The best part? The detail job was absolute garbage. Definitely not worth what I paid OR the headache of dealing with this company. Half the car is clean, and the other half isn't. What's clean was so fully coated in oil that it's like a slip and slide. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot over night. This place might be OK to just drop your vehicle off at while you're on vacation - but if anything goes wrong, I can imagine they'd be too helpful. Definitely save yourself the headache and get your car detailed somewhere else. Pictures of both mine and my husbands vehicles immediately after being detailed. It's true--I did quite a bit of vacuuming. The first time I used the vacuum I paid $2.50 cash. The next few times I used my credit card. It seems that there was a a $15 charge each time I used the card. I mean by my reasonable reckoning it should be 5-10 times $2.50. That means at the most $25. Nope. It cost almost $100 total for me to wash my own car. Please do not give them your business. UPDATE: It appears I was hasty. There was a $15 hold each time I used the card but the amount actually charged was a more reasonable $2-$6....so I was hasty in my judgment

The response seemed like it was to try to save face.
