In the short time I was in line, I watched him deliver the same professional, upbeat, and genuinely positive interaction to the three customers ahead of me as he did to me. His attitude and energy were contagious--I actually walked out in a better mood than when I walked in. Employees like TONY, who demonstrate such dedication, enthusiasm, and sincere care for every customer, are rare. Thank you, John--you truly made my day! I'll be stopping here more often.
