Dirty foot spa. Still had someone else's dead skin all around the rim of the bowl. I waited for them to clean it, but she didn't. She continued to fill it with water and put something in it. Leon and his wife, Lily are the dynamic duo here in Lawton! Relaxing atmosphere, and a pedicure that cannot be beat! They do meticulous, BEAUTIFUL work on your hands, and feet. You're given several options to customize your experience, i.e. Salt scrubs, scents, etc. And a cold soda to sit back and relax in their massage chairs (that seem fairly new, they aren't flattened and half working like others I've been in.) If you are looking to get your eyebrows done RUN FAR AWAY from here!!!!! I have been growing mine out for almost a year due to a bad wax job and had finally gotten to a point I was happy with them... that all changed. I expressed I did Not want thin brows. I just wanted them trimmed and cleaned up. I said I want thicker brows. "Holly" took that as a rip them all off and leave them Pencil Thin!!!!! And when I got home I noticed not only are they the Thinnest my brows have Ever been they are also So Terribly UNEVEN!!!! So as I sit here and morn for my eyebrows I warn you don't waste your time and money!!! read more

I went in to get a full set of acrylics , nothing complicated at all just short square one color. The lady who did them yelled at my bestfriend when she was almost done with my nails cause neither of us had a mask so she kicked my bestfriend out. She told me when we started it would only be 40$ but when I paid she told me 55$. When I left I had to file my nails down cause they were really uneven and two days after I got my nails done two broke off I would definitely not recommend this place , the workers are rude. read more

I thought this place was fabulous! The employees are very nice and accommodating! I was in town visiting a friend; we thought it'd be fun to have a small bottle of champagne while catching up and getting mani/pedis. Much to our surprise, the owner was very accepting and provided us with cups. :) We both got shellac manis and matching pedis. Loved the colors (though I wish they would expand their collection at some point, even if I don't live here) and the service, definitely give this place a shot!! read more

An update to my prior review: I had to be seen at the eye doctor for a scratched cornea. She said I got off really lucky. I told her where I went and she said that she has seen severe eye damage from this place! I had to use eye drops and was unable to go in the water during my Hawaii vacation. I have since heard many horror stories about this place. read more

The WORST place I have ever been to in my life! I'm not high maintenance by any means and I never nitpick about little things when it comes to my nails but this woman did an absolute horrid job that I had to leave before she could finish. I had a solar set I wanted to have replaced but instead of soaking them she proceeded to literally rip them off! And she did this with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her! When it was time to add the new set she rushed through it and cut them without asking how long I wanted them and just started filling them. The best part of it all was getting 2 of my fingers sliced open when she was filing them to the most hidious shape I have ever seen. I have never in my life experienced anything like that and I've been to some crappy hole-in-the-wall places. Thank God for them I am a nice person and still paid for that horrible experience instead of just walking out. I suggest everyone stay away from this place! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolute worst experience ever! Went in for a simple pedicure, nothing fancy and they couldn't even handle the basics of cutting cuticles. Instead of aiming for customer satisfaction, they made me pay for a half-done service as I didn't allow them to continue to butcher my toes. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I happen to be a licensed cosmetologist and I usually do my own nails at home. I wanted stiletto acrylics and was quoted a price for $25. I assumed the extra cost was for the style of Nail and a medium-size length. When I sat down I immediately realized that none of the implements nor the nail buffer or files were cleaned. I should have left immediately but I didn't want to be rude, but They were disgusting. After applying the nail tips he asked me how long I wanted my nails and I have chubby fingers so I like them at least an inch long. He told me that it would be an extra charge for any more than half an inch. I was nervous to pay them so I said no and my nails were literally half an inch long. He left me crooked and very short. He acted like he didn't want to do my nails and spoke a different language the entire time. It felt to me like they were talking crap about me. He never spoke to me or tried to make my experience enjoyable. On top of that the nail liquid was sitting in a box already used which is illegal to do. That causes bubbles in the nails and could possibly cause an infection. The customer service was terrible the atmosphere was terrible and I will never go back. I don't typically do this, I feel the need to warn everybody so they do not give anybody an infection . And I will be warning all of my clients. I hope this review helps! read more
