I had what I thought to be a drain clog to turn into a much bigger problem, as I discovered my galvanized p-trap and drain pipes under my sink to be completely corroded. Aw man! Over the last few weeks I've had several plumbing issues addressed and solved with Shellback. I appreciate the quick response and ability to get to my home in a timely manner. Miguel and the team successfully installed a new sewer clean out valve in the front of our home. This project was quite involved and required several days of work. Throughout the process I was kept informed of the progression of the job and each day my home was left with a clean worksite. The end result is a problem solved with restored concrete on my front porch. Most recently, Miguel was able to install a new shower cartridge in a bathroom, restoring hot water flow in the shower. While it isn't fun to deal with plumbing problems, having reliable and courteous service makes the process a little easier to deal with. They were flexible with scheduling, which was very convenient. I also recently bought a bidet and figured I might as well get both issues taken care of simultaneously. They sent out David K. the next day, and he was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining everything to me, as I don't understand plumbing very well. He quickly identified the leak, installed the bidet, instructed me on how to use it, and even took the previous toilet seat with him, which was nice. The price was very reasonable, and I gave him a tip for his great work. On a side note, while many people complain about tip culture nowadays, I understand the sentiment. However, it's important to tip hardworking people in the service industry. Everyone's nightmare, to look up at the ceiling and see a new water stain, right below the toilet upstairs. I took the old toilet out and replaced it with a new one. Cleaned the seal and placed a new wax seal down, easy as pie. I flushed the toilet and still had the leak. My neighbor recommended Shellback, and within an hour Kevin had arrived. He was awesome he looked at the leak area and the empty hole in the bathroom because I removed the new toilet thinking it was something serious. Kevin inspected the flange and said everything looks secure. He suggested I use an extra thick wax seal and the problem may be solved. We all know that he could have charged me for something I didn't even need but he didn't charge me at all. I told him I could place the new seal and seat the toilet. Once I flushed the new toilet after placing the thicker wax seal, all was good. I appreciate Kevin's help and you will be the first people I call from here on out. read more

The pilot on our water heater went out and Kevin came out literally like 40 minutes after I called ignited the pilot and was very informative. They didn't charge me for coming out or igniting the pilot. I was referred to a plumber by my HOA for a broken water heater. Turns out that plumbing co didn't service Whirlpool water heaters.
