Live in Valencia. Downstairs neighbor came up to tell me there was a leak and he had a water stain on his ceiling. Started looking for plumbers and found Kim's Plumbing AND THEY ARE LOCAL. It was late afternoon and they came right away, identified the problem but couldn't fix it right away due to old cheap pipes and needing the part. Two days later another Kim's plumber came out and did a fantastic and rapid repair. The price was reasonable and fair. The work was great. Their employees very professional and trustworthy. All the plumbers and schedulers I interacted with were lovely but there were some delays and avoidable issues and when Kim stepped in to handle them, she deflected, gaslit and blamed rather than take responsibility. I rent a home, two bathrooms and a kitchen sink backing up with black water. Kim's plumbing was called out. After going through each area, Cameron the plumber for Kim's plumbing told me that the problem was a result of the main line going from the house to the street as nothing unplugged until he cleared the main line. Cameron specifically stated that he would make sure to let my property management company know that the blockage was not within the house. Low and behold, I was billed for all the charges because the invoice that Cameron sent to my property management company was misstated as he failed to include in his invoice that the underlying problem was the main line from the house to the street. Now I'm at fault and having to pay the price! The work was done correctly but be careful when dealing with this company's communication, especially a third party involvement! read more

I rent a home and had a third party call Kim's Plumbing out for a leak under the kitchen sink. Kim's Plumbing said the garbage disposal was at fault and replaced it without my knowledge until I received the bill. I personally replaced the garbage disposal a month prior to the call and would have accepted that there was a leak, but instead they took my garbage disposal and replaced it with an older random one. Wouldn't be surprised if they are flipping these garbage disposals. They also have ignored my messages for a week! As others have said here ... when using a third party management company, stay away! read more

Beware of this company. The plumbing work was very good, however, when I got ready to pay they informed me that if using a credit card I would have to add 4% for banking services. 4% of my $1755 was about $70 extra. They should have informed me before the work was done because that is not the traditional way. That is definitely a hidden charge. Beware. read more

Yesturday late afternoon we discovered water overflowing from our Master bedroom bathroom and water backing up in both bathtubs. I called Kim's Plumbing in a panic and she had her guy Justin come out. He was here within 10 mins of our call! He was able to take care of the issue within and hour and was a really great and friendly guy! Especially liked that he was very "Covid Respectful!" Our Landlord was very impressed with the timely matter it was taken care of and also happy to receive his invoice as it was very reasonable! Highly Recommend! read more

The plumbers were great. Just be careful when dealing with this company if there is a third party involved. I live in a condo. The neighbors sink was causing a leak. I called the HoA. They hired Kim's plumbing to assess the situation. In order to fix it they had to go through my wall and ceiling. The leak was fixed but no one will communicate with me. Kim's Plumbing will not return my calls or provide me a copy of the report. Now I'm stuck with the three big holes in need of repair. The leak was caused by a main line. If there is ever a need for them to have to return I will refuse. It's really sad. read more
