Repeat customer here. They replaced our kitchen sink. Evan did a great job. He had to stop the job since the counter needed to be cut. The counter hole is about 1/2 inch small for the sink to fit in. He said he would have cut it but since it's stone he's afraid he'll crack it. Truly appreciated that to ensure we do not end up with needing a whole new counter. When we got the counter cut. I just had to call back and they made sure he came back the following day. Evan installed the sink perfectly and ensured that his work area was clean before he left. I had a leak in the faucet in the tub. A friend of mine replaced the inner workings twice and it continued to leak. My bedroom was flooded, with the carpet soaked and an inch of water present when I stepped in. I contacted Shellback Plumbing and Drain and was promptly connected with a friendly representative. She arranged for technicians Jessie and Johnny to assist with the problem. They arrived on time, within the scheduled window of 2 PM to 4 PM, and I even received an email notifying me that they had arrived early. I recognized that replacing the water heater was a significant task, especially since both the water heater and the ventilation system in this modular home were at least thirty years old. Nevertheless, Jessie and Johnny worked diligently to resolve the issue, addressing concerns that could have led to carbon monoxide poisoning. I never leave reviews but I had an amazing experience with this company. Had a leak under my kitchen sink for them to look at. 2 technicians came out, Jesse and I believe John was the other. Very friendly and knowledgeable, took their time, found and fixed the leak along with answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend and will call again if needed. I had the City come out because I noticed that the water meter cover was under water. Found out that I had .4 gallons per minute leaking from somewhere. Edger from Shellback Plumbing helped me coordinate National Leak Detection and their plumbers to come out and fix the problem. He was so helpful. The plumbers, David and Kyle were awesome! So was Deagan from National Dectection. They all worked together and solved what was a builder issue from over 33 years ago. David and Kyle came back the next day to inspect and complete the job, and putting the lawn back together. I would definately use both companies again and wouldn't hesitate to refer either company. Before we met DANNY, we met 2 other venders. All 3 said the exact same thing. So, how did we pick Danny. He didn't just look at our unit to tell us the bad news, he truly inspected it. He was knowledgeable and helpful and never spoke to us as if we were idiots. Danny even told us about a rebate which the others never mentioned. One of the only companies willing to install a water softener I had already purchased, the big water softener names only wanted to sell me their own brands at huge markups. Super friendly, gave me an accurate quote with just a talk over the phone and a few pictures. The installation was challenging and quite tight in some places, but the guy was able to make everything fit just right with a beautiful result in the end. I used Shellback Plumbing for one of my houses and Migueal did a great job single-handedly. I confirmed pretty late in the day - around 1:30 pm, Miguel was pretty on the job, got the model that I wanted and installed in couple of hours. Neat job! Initially their pricing was quite high but I showed them couple of competitors who gave me a much cheaper estimate. They beat the lowest pricing by $50 or so. Called a few minutes before closing Saturday night and they had somebody out Sunday morning to fix a valve for our bath tub (water wouldn't shut off despite turning the handle). Jesse came out. I was helping out a neighbor with his main sewer line that was backed up since he doesn't speak 100% English. These guys came out and explained the process throughly. They fixed the problem by using a hydromachine. After they dropped a camera to verify the problem and it turned out to be roots from several large trees nearby. Needless to say they need to dig out a large section that is very deep, 9 feett deep on a hillside. They are still at it but they were very honest, upfront, and explained everything in detail. What impressed us was he was checking our water pressure and found out it was the soft water cylinder and that there would be no charge as he did not have to actually do any plumbing. Kevin was great, putting me in touch with water damage repair specialists who removed the drywall and started the drying process. Kevin returned to replace the shower drain. A few months ago Joseph came by and installed a garbage disposal. Recently Danny came by and fixed my water heater. Yes, fixed... not selling a new unit like other quotes I got. No one at Shellback Plumbing tried to sell me a new unit or make me feel bad for not knowing basic plumbing stuff. This place gives you a free estimate, you are not trapped. Most other plumbers don't come out when they say they will and then charge a fee, then your stuck as they upsell new parts. Not This company. These guys are true professionals.
