They said call for 1 week post op appt. I did. Couldn't get anyone to call me back for the appt. after 2 weeks of trying they wanted to give me a 6 week follow-up. I told them I had bladder pain but I guess that meant nothing. I told them never mind I will find another urologist in Tulsa. Also my insurance was charged $42,000 for a stone crush for one stone. Too many mistakes and disrespect.

I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" When I did, they immediately put me back on hold. If you can't get a hold of a person at a business on the telephone it doesn't speak well about the business. I assume those doctors have enough money already so they don't care about customer service or phone calls or trying to make an appointment to see one of their doctors. For a complaint of swollen shoulder muscles w pain down my arm and numb digits on my right hand for 2 weeks. Also wanted me to wait 5 MORE days before calling back if a heating pad did not work. Not possible. 2 days later it's all ten times worse. Called office and got Amy. She cut me off every time I'm trying to explain to her the situation. Because agitated and very expressive of her frustration. Finally Raven ordered imaging only to find it is a very serious life altering cervical spine injury. Gave a 2nd chance to follow up. Went well felt better about her, more secure in her care. She sends her previous visit Dr note home w me.... Upon reading, she mentioned NOTHING regarding what I TOLD her... Only headaches and that I asked for opioids. Absolutely FALSE. No mention of any strains or pain w muscle or hand losing feeling FOR TWO WEEKS. Call the office only to get THE OWNER AND SUPERVISOR again, Amy. This time she was not willing to hear me or my concerns at all. First words fm her were hostile and uncaring. So we could discuss this rationally. Oklahoma is the…read more7th worst state to get cancer based on diagnosis v. mortality and it literally comes down to the alleged doctors and their overall poor performance on a whole in Oklahoma. Against the standard normal in Oklahoma, Dr Kaleem does not treat you like a number or treat you per the book and instead visits listens and learns before deciding how to best assist his patients. I have fired Chelsea Thomas, Matt Armstrong, Scott Cole, and Charles Taylor for all lying and not truly knowing what they are doing much less what they claim to know. None of these four poor excuses for oncologists deserve to be in oncology! However Dr Kaleem is the one and only that I trust in the entire state of Oklahoma when I have searched everywhere for more than 2 years and did not even know Dr Kaleem was right here in Tulsa OK thankfully.
