We started with a welcome cocktail and got a tour of the their garden where they are growing a bunch of their own produce. We had 7 courses and I opted to have the drinks pairing with it and everything was spectacular! My favourites were definitely the mussels and lobster in a green curry sauce, and the bison steak. All these bites were one of a kind and you won't find them on their menu. Chef Dan's creativity was impeccable! All their staff that came through were delightful as well and it felt like we were part of the action. Laurie, Chef Dan's wife served us and she was incredible as well - they are both just the kindest people. I hope to come back here soon and try more of Chef Dan's creations! Owner runs out to my car, saying total was wrong and I need to get back in and pay the higher amount, like I didn't just try to! I told him that it was HIS staff who insisted the original total was wrong and I had tried to pay correct amount.
