I have called to request removal multiple times, yet I continue to receive these unwanted messages. I'd recommend an agency that's more client centered.

At 11am, I visited in person with my mother as a witness and brought a recorded conversation to calmly prove what he had originally said before discontinuing our conversation. Instead of listening, Mr. Ray dismissed me, called me rude ahain, and refused to acknowledge the facts. When I asked who I could speak with to escalate the matter, he told me he had no supervisor. This experience was humiliating and upsetting, especially given I was respectful throughout. It's unacceptable for a customer, specially a woman of color, to be gaslighted and silenced for advocating for herself. My mother witnessed the entire interaction! The service was poor, dismissive, disrespectful, and so deeply unprofessional! I will be switching to another agent and posting this review on every platform possible so others are aware.
