Well, they didn't cancel all my policies and left one open for some reason and debited $217.38 out of my account on March 13th. When I called about it they said they will correct it immediately. About a week later I received a check for $86.29, so on March 21st I called again and they informed me they will get it fixed and opened a "ticket". As of April 3rd I still haven't received my money so I decided to follow up again...this time a very defensive assistant to Brad Scott made me feel like I was being a jackass for wanting clarification on why State Farm just opened a ticket on 4/3/19 and not on 3/21/19. This guy kept interrupting me and saying I was talking over him. He kept saying we aren't trying to screw you and couldn't answer any of my questions. I wasn't saying they were trying to screw me, I just wanted an actual answer. He needs to understand to actually listen to people's concerns and not get so damn defensive. He also told me the person in charge of the situation will call me that day...still waiting on that call. It's not how you handle people when things are going good, it's how you handle people when things are not going right and this agency needs some serious training. "Don't listen to reply. Second, they automatically enroll you in frequent marketing text messages encouraging you to return and shop with them. There is no functional way to unsubscribe. I have called to request removal multiple times, yet I continue to receive these unwanted messages. I'd recommend an agency that's more client centered.
