We had also planned to drink the coffees at one of the tables in the shop --to stretch out from our drive. The location is in an area which can best be described as congested. There's a lot of traffic from shopping centers and residential areas at the nearby four-way traffic light. Once at the Sheetz, it's also crowded in the immediate vicinity with traffic going and parking for both Sheetz and a McDonald's. Once inside, we found that coffee refills were more expensive than they had been in Pennsylvania. Worse, the shop was very small, and didn't have an area in which to sit. Restroom was clean. Upon leaving, and after filling our gas tank, we noticed that the older Exxon station across the street had cheaper gas ($3.54 vs. $3.51/gallon, late March, 2024). One positive point. The cashier was very attentive and friendly.

I talked to the man in the store and he told me that their pumps don't turn off automatically and basically it was too bad for me! The gasoline was going down a drain under my car! Apparently the guy is the owner and I told him I've been pumping gas for over 40 years. Every single pump shuts off automatically. He's got it set up so that if you don't turn it off it overflows and you have to pay for it. Very dishonest owner.

I Unfortunately had this experience today--and, honestly, every time I have visited the 7-Eleven location on Fieldstone Drive in Leesburg. As a woman, I consistently feel as though I am treated as if I am less than or looked down upon. On several occasions, the experience has been so uncomfortable that I have left without making a purchase. Today was the final straw. I attempted to purchase an item that was clearly marked as being on sale, but when it rang up at a higher price, the employee refused to honor the advertised price. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service. At this point, I am done and will not be returning to this location. I also plan to contact 7-Eleven Corporate to share my experience. Please be mindful if you choose to shop at this location and stay aware of how customers are being treated.

At 3 pm we had our vaccine appointments and while I appreciate pharmacists are busy, they charge for giving the flu and covid vaccines and this pharmacist was very unfriendly. She should have been courteous since she jammed the flu vaccine incorrectly in my arm so it broke and splattered all over me and so I had to have another shot. Then she complained about writing in our vaccine books that we keep to we can inform our PCPs. Very disappointing visit and we should have gone to our Giant pharmacy where they are courteous and professional.
