The chairs are metal, and when drug against the flooring, they make an awful sound! They really need a form of rubber on the legs. Very hard for grandma, who has hearing aids. Poor thing was so uncomfortable. The room next to us, with a door leading to the window to the kitchen, was so incredibly annoying. They were pounding the entire time we were seated, and it was LOUD! We all just sat completely silent. This was an incredibly disappointing visit and we will not come back.

We also ordered a pot of the Earl Grey Lavender, which was also very delicious! Our afternoon tea experience came with the traditional three-tiered tea stand, with macarons, tea sandwiches (cucumber, etc.), scones, butter, jam pastries, and petit fours.
