I got my first spray tan here and it was awesome. I felt like a super star afterwards. I think that my size 12 flubber looked almost sexy with a tan. My husband thought so! I felt confident enough to post a picture of me in my undies on Facebook, if that says anything. Little tip... But the tan extender. It really does help. Van did an amazing job on my nails! This was my first time here and I had a Groupon for gel mani and regular pedicure. The girl at the front desk was super nice and knew about all of their services. I am so happy with the way my nails turned out. Van took her time to make sure each nail looked good. I picked a gel color that could look streaky without multiple coats. While some people would lay on two thick coats, Van did 4 thin coats that gave a rich color and smooth finish. I'm picky about gel because I don't like it too be thick. The gel on my fingers looks as thin as regular polish! The pedicure had a relaxing leg massage and the matching nail color turned out great. I already booked my next two appointments! I found a groupon for manicure and pedicure and my friend recommended it so went ahead with it. Pedicure was ok, there wasn't any massage just basic cleanup. However, they did a great job with painting my toes. Manicure was not a good experience at all. They specifically assign under experienced staff to work on Groupon customers. Hand nail paint job was done in rush and I am not satisfied. They told my friend who accompanied me that they will always match her Groupon price but for me it will be full price next time. huh? I received immediate response from Deanna, less than 15 min. She explained services, pricing and any specials currently. I booked my appointment. I got a groupon for unlimited tanning for a month so I can get a good base tan for my trip to Hawaii. Crystal checked me in at the front desk and she was very friendly and helpful. I don't use tanning beds much since I tan easily so I wasn't sure which bed to use or how long I should stay in. She was really knowledgeable and quickly gave me a recommendation, been twice and already see results! The salon is very clean and everyone seems very welcoming. After trying multiple nail salons in the trivalley, I came across iBeauty on Groupon and decided to give them a try. They had very good Yelp reviews and now I understand why! This one stop beauty shop has it all. The space itself is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lin did my gel mani and regular pedi in an hour and a half (as promised - I had to rush to work afterwards). She was so nice and fun to talk to, she also made sure I was comfortable with everything; ex: water temperature, chair temperature, my toe color, and nail color. This has to be the best experience I have had with any nail salon. I have one more Groupon to use but will definitely be returning after that! Came in for a mani/pedi with Lynni, she was fabulous and my nails turned out great. The staff is friendly and professional and the business is very clean and welcoming. The only reason im giving the business 4 stars and not 5 is because of scheduling. Not very flexible with the schedule which makes it hard to just walk in for a service. Obviously this business is successful and it works by the consistent number of clients they have, however a suggestion would be to hire another manicurist who could handle walk ins because it truly took several times of calling and patience for me to finally get an appointment. read more

I feel extremely disrespected right now and have never experienced something so unprofessional from a business ever. I made an appointment to get my eyelashes done for a wedding. it was an evening appointment and when I get into the salon a few minutes early, I chat with the receptionist she tells me a bit about the process and has me start filling out the paperwork. A few minutes into filling out the paperwork the esthetician who's going to do my eyelashes decides she doesn't want to do them, the lady at the front desk apologizes (but that doesn't do any good) now it's too late for me to go anywhere else and get my lashes done. If they couldn't have done the appointment then they shouldn't have booked it. From the very start, what a horrible experience. They answered the phone "hello" no professionalism. My manicure was not a manicure, all she did was remove the old shellac (which I paid extra for) and paint my nails, never soaked my hands or cut the excess skin. My pedicure same, all she did was file my toenails and paint, I had to tell her to scrub my foot, which she still argued with me about. It took her 2 hours to complete an awful mani/pedi! I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to my work. But sadly I didn't. If I didn't pay Groupon price for my Gel mani and regular pedi I would have been pissed at full price. I really did like the environment at the salon. I caught up with an old friend Morgan who worked there waxing we had some small talk while I was getting my mani and pedi. Van did my Gel manicure and it seemed like she was in a rush for her next appt and her quick lunch. My appt was at 12 and they did start right away. But Van did not do a good job on my Gel I guess since I picked glitter colors she said it's harder to dry and became Gel. Every time I put my fingers in the machine to dry they hurt and burned so bad I kept telling her that's why I kept moving my fingers out. You will see by the pictures you can tell it's a rush job I didn't even get polish in the sides of my nails or anything due to the rush. My gel polish also chipped a little and fell off by Saturday, and I just got them done Wednesday just 2 and half days later. As for my pedicure Erica did such an amazing job she took her sweet time longer then Van did with my gel manicure and told me it's all about the customer and she wants to take her time and do a good job. If I ever were to go back I would request Erica since she's so sweet and really cares about the customer and their satisfaction. This is why I have it 2 Stars since Erica was so nice. Came here for my first ever spray tan and had the best experience! I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but I came here before my prom last year. I was extremely nervous as it was my first time getting a spray tan but the ladies working there made sure I felt comfortable and safe. The lady who did the spray tan made sure it was completely even and even helped my newbie self choose the perfect color for me. I loved the end result even though at first it seemed scarily dark to me. But the next day, it was incredible. I can get pretty tan naturally, however I have many bruises on my legs that the spray tan helped to conceal. I will definitely come back before my senior ball this year read more

Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and they truly provide excellent customer service. I just got it done yesterday so I can't speak to the lasting power but my last gel mani i got there with Lynni lasted almost 3 weeks before a nail started pulling up and coming off. I had to take it off more because of my nail grow out vs the nails looking bad.
