Despite emails, calls, and voicemails, there was no response for a week. After driving back again just to get an answer, I was told new requirements applied that were never mentioned while the sales rep walked me around looking at remnants. The remnant remains on their floor, unsold, but my time was already spent. If you need responsiveness or clarity to keep a project moving, proceed cautiously. I took my business elsewhere.

It would have been preferable to hear from the start that the project was "too small" or "product choice too cheap" or anything other than the promise that they will get me a bid "tomorrow." The company is tech savvy and are happy to correspond electronically, they even have an app for sharing project progress and pictures. Not only were they professional when it came to COVID regulations, they also left the worksite constantly clean. Like actually clean. Basically as they were demoing, I could hear the vacuum running almost simultaneously. They laid out special cardboard to protect the floors and also were mindful of the cabinets that were previously painted. Finally they were really great about letting us know immediately if any changes to the plan needed to happen. 10/10 would go with them for any kitchen or bath remodel moving forward. Loved their work and them as a company. Work they did: lower center island to one height, moving the outlets on the island, new sink and fixture, new countertops and backsplash.

Apparently the dealer from whom I purchased the vanity didn't inform me that the counter top problem was being expedited by Strasser. They called me this morning and by afternoon they had personally delivered a new perfect fitting vanity top to my home. Strasser Woodenworks is under new ownership. They are working hard to provide an excellent product and excellent service. After my experience today I can recommend them without hesitation. I know the NEW Strasser Woodenwork are putting their customers first!

Bryan's crew installed the Quartz right before the holidays and did an excellent job. (Even matching the design to run up the back splash behind the sink). They ask the right questions, give good advice and if there is a problem, they are there to fix it. When I found a small mar on the countertop, I just called Chip, sent a picture and Chip sent the crew right out to fix the mar. The countertops are beautiful!
