Still a solid experience…read more We came here for one evening to celebrate the end of school. We came at about 3:15 PM on a Friday and our room was ready early which was great. We were on floor 16 which is the top floor. At first, I was worried I would be afraid going on the balcony because of how high it is, but it doesn't feel terribly high. I actually recommend asking for a higher floor because that's where the best views of the beach are. We only went to the Opal sol pool this time instead of Opal Sands. They have two pools, which is great because one felt like an adult pool whereas the other one felt like a children pool even though there was no designation. It made me feel better about my two children splashing about. There is also a pool by the Spa that I think adults should escape to if they want to get away from children. The one downside of the pool is they don't have many servers walking around taking orders. I ended up walking up to the bar to put in a food and drink order because the only server was on the far side of the pool the entire time. I tried berries and bubbles and a strawberry Mo-to-to, both were fantastic. We learned we do not like the chips and salsa. My older son did and liked the queso, but nobody else in the family did. We also love the hot tub and you can turn on jets if you want. Even though it doesn't feel like they have a ton of seating, we never had a hard time finding a seat, so people do a good job cleaning up after themselves if they leave their seats. They also have tons of towels, I never thought I would appreciate this so much until we were at another hotel that limited guests to four at a time, so I appreciate that you can take towels to the beach and then come back and grab new towels. The rooms are beautiful. They feel spacious and everything is still pretty new since it was built at the beginning of 2025. All rooms look at the beach, so it is nice sitting on the balcony and looking out at the water. One random criticism is that they don't have any non-caffeinated tea, all their tea has caffeine in it that they offer in the room. Room service is very quick. We got chicken tenders and fries and grilled chicken and fries. I tried the Ahi tuna starter and loved it. My younger son loved his grilled chicken and older son ate the fries. Even though the hotel isn't right on the beach, it is literally across the street from the beach so super convenient to get to. Clearwater beach is beautiful. It has powdery white sand, and there are ample amounts of chairs that you can purchase to sit on. They only have valet so the one downside is it takes a while to get your car, but if most of your vacation is on the beach, you won't need your car anyway. I also appreciate that they have snacks that they put out at 8 AM. They also apparently have cookies at 3 PM, but we totally missed seeing that. I forgot to bring the kids snacks so this was a lifesaver when the kids grabbed granola bars for breakfast. They also have Board games on every floor, which I think is a nice touch. I always enjoy our stay here. I would recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience needs to be shared…read more Before even arriving, I received an email stating that the hotel is a strictly smoke-free property. However, on our very first day, while sitting with my family eating lunch at the pool area, we were overwhelmed by a strong marijuana smell coming from the table next to us. For a hotel that promotes itself as smoke-free, this was extremely disappointing. The bigger issue happened on our third day. There was a fire alarm going off in the hotel, but we were staying on the sixth floor and did not hear any alarm on our floor. The only reason we knew something was happening was because we received a phone call from someone we're staying with telling everyone to evacuate. If my family and I had been sleeping, we would have had no idea there was an emergency. That is a serious safety concern. When I spoke with management, I was told the alarm only sounds on certain floors due to firewalls between levels. Regardless of the explanation, fire safety should protect every guest equally. Fire travels upward, instead of an audible alarm on every floor is unacceptable. To make matters worse, management was dismissive and unhelpful. When guests were allowed back inside, we were told the fire department would contact management, but there was no clear explanation and no accountability taken. Overall, this stay was stressful and disappointing. Between the lack of enforcement of the smoke-free policy and the serious safety concerns regarding the fire alarm system, I would not feel comfortable staying here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and centrally located on Clearwater Beach with just a short walk across the street to the beach. We booked two suites , a 2 queen private rooftop terrace suite with a full kitchen and a poolside king suite with a kitchenette which were spacious and perfect for our large gathering. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, and the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, the pier, playgrounds, and shops. I also liked that the pool is on the 8th floor with a great view and access limited to hotel guests only. Pool chairs were very comfortable, towels were unlimited with no towel card system, and beach cabana/umbrella rentals were half off for guests. The hot tub being on the 16th floor separate from the pool didn't make much sense though. Room service was daily, and I appreciated being able to text the front desk instead of calling. I highly recommend using the text feature and keeping everything in writing because there were discrepancies regarding credits we were promised. There were unfortunately several maintenance and service issues during our stay. The living room TV constantly glitched and wouldn't sync properly even after maintenance attempted to fix it. More importantly, the AC completely stopped working in the rooftop terrace suite for hours while we hosted about 25 guests for the graduation party. Everyone was hot and sweaty in almost 100-degree indoor conditions. Thankfully the terrace breeze helped, but being offered only a $100 credit for such a major issue during a once-in-a-lifetime celebration felt insufficient! The parking garage situation was also frustrating. We were told our vehicles could enter and exit freely with the resort fee, but every time we tried leaving, the room keys and garage passes failed. We repeatedly went back to front desk to get new passes and had to pay $40 to exit then contact customer service afterward for refunds such a waste of vacation time Customer service overall was very hit or miss. Some employees were wonderful while others seemed miserable and unfriendly. The onsite coffee shop was particularly disappointing I'd recommend walking across the street from The front lobby to the real Starbucks instead. At times it felt like the hotel relies heavily on its excellent location and beach proximity rather than consistent service standards.Coming from previous stays at Sandpearl Resort, I personally would still choose Sandpearl for smaller family vacations. However, I will say this hotel offers more flexibility for large gatherings and easier garage access compared to Sandpearl's valet-only setup. That said, between the AC outage, power issues in BOTH suites floor 8 and 17, lukewarm water, TV problems, phone problems, garage charges, and inconsistent customer service, I would probably try another Clearwater Beach hotel next time. We still made wonderful graduation memories and the location, spacious suites, rooftop terrace, and beach convenience were definitely the highlights of our stay.

All staff were very friendly, in fact I believe it was a manager that bought me and my husband drinks after we walked down 15 flights of stairs during a fire alarm. (I swear nobody else even heeded the alarm, we were the only one in the stairwell). We only ate breakfast in the main restaurant (which was good), but we did have room service a couple of times and enjoyed the rooftop bar, The Tropico, for food and drinks. (The kids menu burgers and fries was plenty for me!) All were good experiences. Hotel is in walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and of course, the pier. We only hung out on the beach one day with the loungers and cabana. I was a little disappointed that they weren't included in the stay. The cost was $30 per day. Otherwise I was content to hang out on the loungers at the pool. A store called Surf Style is just a couple of doors down that has besides clothing, your snacks, drinks and all the tourist goodies.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning design and a relaxing atmosphere that made the whole stay feel like a true getaway. There are so many amenities to enjoy, which really elevates the experience and makes it feel like a true luxury stay. The only downside for me was that there isn't a sauna, which is something I usually expect at a hotel of this level. It's a small miss, but worth noting. Instead, we encountered poor communication, disorganization, and management that seemed incapable of delivering the experience their luxury rates promise. Our room wasn't ready until 8:30 p.m., leaving us waiting more than five hours. Once we finally got in, our luggage wasn't delivered as promised, the room phone didn't work, and maintenance had to make multiple trips to replace it before we could even begin to settle in. By the end of the evening, we still hadn't had a chance to unpack, shower, or relax after a full day of travel. The valet experience was equally disappointing--disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking even the most basic customer service. The mattress was also among the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The only employees who reflected the Marriott brand were the bartenders and the maintenance technician. Everyone else, including management, seemed indifferent to the issues we experienced. Luxury hotels command premium prices because guests expect premium service. This property delivered neither. I left frustrated, exhausted, and wondering how this hotel is allowed to carry the JW Marriott name. There are far better options in Clearwater.

3.5/5 Stars - Nice Location, But Service Fell Short…read more I stayed at Opal Sands Resort from Friday through Sunday, and while it was a nice weekend getaway, the experience didn't quite live up to the price or the expectations. Check-In: The check-in experience wasn't the warmest. The front desk associate was polite, but the interaction felt very transactional, more like, "Here's your key, hand me your credit card, have a great day," rather than making us feel welcomed to the resort. Room: Our Gulf View room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet for the most part. Occasionally, you could hear music from the pool area, but it wasn't disruptive. Pool: The pool itself was great. The water temperature was perfect, and we had no trouble finding chairs both times we used it. The music wasn't really our style, so I brought a small speaker and played my own without any issues. Unfortunately, the pool service left a lot to be desired. Getting a server's attention felt like a mission. I ordered a piña colada, which tasted good--especially whatever they put around the rim, but it barely seemed to contain any alcohol. The same happened with a whiskey and club soda; it tasted almost entirely like club soda with just a splash of whiskey. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. Beach: On our second day, we decided to spend time on the beach. The day before, we had asked how the cabanas and umbrellas worked and were told everything was first come, first served. Based on that information, we assumed they were included with the resort stay. We grabbed towels from the pool, found an open cabana, and about 20 minutes later an employee informed us there was a $50 charge to use it. We had no issue paying the fee, but the lack of communication from the front desk and other staff was frustrating. Better communication would have prevented the confusion. Food: I had breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. The food was decent but nothing memorable or worth going out of your way for. Overall: For the price, I expected a higher level of service and better communication from the staff. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent, but the service and food and beverage experience brought the overall rating down. Overall Rating: 3.5/5 Would I stay here again? Probably not. Next time I'd be more interested in trying the hotel next door, The Sol, which looked beautifully decorated and has two pools instead of one. Hopefully the overall guest experience is better.

Unfortunately, our four-night stay was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. We have photos documenting what we found. The shower had visible mold when we checked in, and despite daily housekeeping, it was never cleaned during our entire stay. The room itself felt dirty, and the towels had a foul odor, almost as if they had been washed in rancid water. The room was also in poor repair. Most of the electrical outlets were so loose that plugs would not stay in them. We couldn't use a hair dryer, curling iron, or even reliably charge our phones because the plugs would simply fall out. We ended up buying an extension cord so we could run power from the bathroom outlet. There were no functioning towel bars, and the wall hooks that were supposed to hold towels repeatedly fell off the wall. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. On Tuesday we had to ask for bath towels. On Wednesday we had no washcloths. We asked a housekeeper, then the front desk, and finally called the hotel after waiting. Each time we were told someone would bring them "right up," but they never arrived. We eventually had to use hand towels as washcloths. That same day, housekeeping only made the beds and emptied the trash. The room was not actually cleaned. The room itself was far too small for two queen beds. It felt as though two beds had been squeezed into a room designed for one. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable and felt much smaller than standard queen beds. Had the room been clean, well maintained, and comfortable, I honestly would have overlooked many of the other frustrations. Unfortunately, when the basics of cleanliness and comfort aren't met, everything else becomes much harder to ignore. The beach was the reason we chose this hotel, and while the beach itself is beautiful, the setup was disappointing. Guests are not permitted to bring their own beach chairs and must rent the hotel's. The first two rows closest to the water were occupied by blue cabanas renting for approximately $251 per day. We rented reclining chairs for about $60 per day, yet they were placed in the back row, far from the water, while many of the premium cabanas remained empty. The rows of orange traffic cones surrounding the cabana area also took away from the natural beauty of the beach. The hotel's location is excellent, and direct access to Clearwater Beach is its greatest asset. However, a great location cannot make up for mold, poor housekeeping, maintenance problems, uncomfortable beds, and a room that simply wasn't clean. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future guests deserve an honest picture of our experience. Based on our stay, I would not return or recommend this property.

I wanted to leave 5 stars... But couldn't I want to start by recognizing the phenomenal staff members who made a positive impact. Brendan at the front desk provided a wonderful check-in experience. Randy in the Mainstays Tavern took VIP-like care of us every time we visited, as did Lexi during our dinner. Jordan out folding all the pool towels. David maybe giving rides via golf cart to beach - very nice and appreciated. I also want to thank staff for the thoughtful birthday note and the "sun and fun" package waiting in our room. Additionally, Debra was incredibly kind when we stopped in for breakfast!! However, I found the digital portal communication to be less than desirable. I had to report a smoking violation at least four times. I also reported guests using the hot tub after hours due to the noise while I was trying to get my family to bed. While I did speak with the front desk night manager, who was apologetic regarding these repeated nuisances, I left feeling that my value as a loyal guest was not fully recognized. I appreciate the high level of service provided by your hospitality team and hope this feedback helps improve the response consistency for future stays. Wish I could give it 3.5 stars. We really wanted direct beach access which was the absolute best…read morepart, especially with the free golf cart rides to get down to the beach. There was just too many things that left us disappointed on our first trip here. There are 2 EV charging spots which was a lifesaver this trip and being a trolley stop was absolutely amazing for getting over the bridge into Clearwater Beach stress free. We saw pictures of a tennis and pickleball court online but those have been demolished and replaced by a grassy area :(. Thankfully sand bay tennis park is less than a mile away and the trolley does stop there. 3 volleyball courts which were great and sunsets 10/10! The Easter Egg hunt was a fun and unexpected treat for the kids :) well organized. I checked in early on the app, knowing it was a holiday weekend and there may not be rooms available early. We were able to pick up wristbands right away but we later found out these were not watched or enforced anywhere. In fact, you do not even need a key to enter the building from the pool/beach. I believe this added to the insane crowding at the pool. Could not find a pool chair at ALL - very stressful and had to set our belongings on the ground in order to swim. They could not keep up with the towels either and by 3-4PM, you could not get one at all. The pool bar had short hours and the line was insanely long every day. The pool bar shared the same line as ordering the food truck food which added to that chaos as well. On Friday the food truck shut down early as well. There was one water dispenser in the lobby but it was always empty. I felt like a bother asking the mainstay tavern for water. The food there was very good and we ordered to go. The gym was amazing 10/10. The beds were AWFUL 0/10 they are on a platform with absolute no give at all - ROCK hard!!! Had to walk across the street to the other Marriott location to get espresso coffee. The extra charges are too much - says $30/night to park but after taxes and fees it is $35 a night and $25 a night for the resort fee which doesn't cover anything but bikes as the trolley is already free. It is $45 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. The resort fee should offset this cost!!!!! The location is amazing but these extra charges are just too much and our stay left a lot to be desired. I also had a fraud charge immediately following paying for parking even though I used the QR code at the front desk and have not used that credit card for any other purchases - I wish this was charged directly through the hotel instead. It is not gated.

Service was great throughout our stay. The pool overlooks the beach and is a nice alternative to the ocean. The illy coffee in the lobby in the mornings is so good!

I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the security guards towards paying customers. After dining with my family, we discovered that there were no gluten-free options available. We inquired about purchasing tacos from a nearby restaurant so that my sister could still enjoy dinner with us, and our waitress agreed to assist us. However, upon my father returning with my sister's food, he was confronted by a man named Brandon who began yelling at my father and informing him that he was not permitted to bring that food into the restaurant. My father remained composed and attempted to explain the situation to him. However, Brandon refused to allow my father to speak and continued yelling at him, stating that it was "illegal to bring in outside food," which escalated the situation in the restaurant. I intervened and inquired about the specific item that was prohibited, attempting to calmly explain the situation. As I began to speak, Brandon abruptly interrupted me and demanded that I leave the premises immediately. I responded that I was confused and that I needed to be explained to, but Brandon disregarded my request and called over the head of the security guard named Alex, instructing him that I must depart from the property promptly. Consequently, I exited the restaurant and proceeded to the parking garage, waiting for my family. However, another security guard named Jerold approached me and uttered profane language, ordering me to leave the premises. I attempted to explain that I was waiting for my family because I was unfamiliar with the area, but he disregarded my explanation and stated that I would face legal consequences if I remained on the property. This type of language not only reflects extreme unprofessionalism but also creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Security personnel are expected to adhere to a certain standard of conduct, and this behavior fell far short of that expectation. I sincerely hope that management will take this matter seriously and address the issue promptly. It is paramount that all visitors are treated with respect and dignity, and such language and actions have no place in a professional setting. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I have never met so many rude people in one day! The staff is extremely rude and could care less about you. I got a hotel room and tickets to event happening in the hotel room and wanted my money back instantly! The lady at the front of the club was so rude to me and my friends. She wouldn't let my friend in because she was under 21 even though she just paid a lot of money for band and wouldn't give any reasons on why she couldn't let her her in. My other two friends were kicked out because the lady couldn't read the id properly and said he was under 21 when he showed her Multiple proofs that he was over, after trying to explain to her where to look she kicked them out they didn't even get to enter. Then my friend got a table and a different lady gave all of us different bands and when they tried to enter the lady at the front kicked them out bc she didn't believe that he payed for a ticket when they are the ones who put the bands on their wrists.... then skip forward when I got to my hotel room and needed more blankets, I waited for over an hour when I decided to just go to the front desk and when I was out my door the blankets were on the ground... I was in my room the whole time and did not receive a knock. Then skip forward to the valet... the valet threw his hand at me when I asked where do I go to review my car, he proceeded to say "go away byeee" and threw his hand in my face. This weekend was ruined by this horrible staff. Please save your money and go somewhere where you will not get treated like this. I did not look at reviews before I purchased this room and I found many other reviews similar to mine UPDATE: It was an 18+ event!!!! And my friends who were 21 couldn't get in and my friends who were 18 couldn't get it. Your staff is still extremely rude, and there wasn't a do not disturb sign on my door! Just got banned from my first club ever. White security guard, with bald head and black motorcycle beard tried calling the cops on us for something he thought we were doing but was wrong. & when authority couldn't find anything on us he begin to racially attack me telling me to "shut the FXCK up because I'm BLACK & UNEDUCATED" this happened multiple times & nothing was done by police or upper management. Needless to say, this is the same guy who supplies 90% of the drug traffic in and out of Shepard's & their are many black & white messages and witness accounts who would attest to this. As we proceeded to leave security, not police tried to restrain us, putting their hands on us to hold us shoving and pushing until the police arrive which is completely against the law with no proper license. We were with two white individuals and two African Americans, the white guy begged and pleaded to be searched because he was in the wrong and only myself and the other man, both who are African American present were the only ones searched, literally. To put the icing on the cake, we were deemed as "trespassing" & removed from the premises because they couldn't find anything else wrong with the situation at hand & now banned for one year due to ignorance and racism. I have nothing against the resort itself but maybe they should be more mindful of the individuals representing them in this world we live in today after they collected $25 from 4 people for the night, Shepard's Beach Resort on Clearwater Beach. Lived in Clearwater all my life, been going to this place ever since it existed. got turned away at the door this afternoon from about 7 smurfs, aka clearwaters finest, because I had on a pair of jean shorts, (not cut off hobo s***) but was dressed appropriately. Wtf? ITS A BEACH BAR! All it ever was, all it will ever be. All it has to offer is atmosphere, music, radio promotional crap, half naked women, etc..food sucks, drinks are way over priced and the staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude! The last time my wife and I were there we sat at the bar and watched 3 servers and our bar tender shoot the s*** for 20 min before they got to us. I will NEVER go there again and will discourage anybody else from doing so. Sad that they'll cater to the thugs that can walk in there with their pants hanging half way off their ass's and my wife and I can't get in because we're average Clearwater beach citizens. I'm combat wounded ex military, it was a very lucky night for the 7 smurfs, learn some respect or carry your balls home in your pocket! Douche bags! read more

It is very said that a place this beautiful can have such racist and hateful management. I have been coming to shepherds for over 8 years. The owners must not have any idea about what is going on at n this beautiful place. Chris is a very racist and thinking he is better then the guest that keeps him employed. I actually have a room for the weekend and I live in Clearwater. I left this morning and I will not be back until my voice is heard. I still have my hotel room for two more days. I even asked him for his last name and he refused to give it to me really! What happened to taking care of your customers. I guess if you are successful because of live music and location how a customer is treated doesn't matter to management or the owners. I will not be treated like garbage or made to feel like garbage by anyone. The owners really need to take a look at there management because I am a business owner and that is not how you treat or manage people. Worst experience in my entire life. read more

Where do I start?! I stayed here earlier in the year and had the time of my life. I met a few random locals at the tiki bar that resulted in a week of insanity. The hotel is decent, though very loud if you intend to sleep -- but really, you're on vacation. Make up for it at the beach while nursing your hangover... After you take-in the breakfast buffet, of course. Speaking of the beach, there's not much of it here. We walked a few buildings down and found a spot near the pink Hyatt. Plenty of space there. Dinner was top notch in the restaurant; though, it's very pricey. Approx. $25/person for the buffet, but I suppose that's semi-reasonable for all-you-can-eat crab legs. Overall, the staff was exceptionally nice. Parking on-site is available, but it's 100% valet. Next time, I'll take a cab from the airport because I don't recall driving at all during my trip, other than to and from the airport. I like this place. It's one of a kind. read more

My boyfriend rented a a room here for $160 a night. It was supposed to be a king with a kitchenette. When we checked in we got a double and no kitchen. NOT only did we not get what we paid for but they put us right above the concert stage. It was so loud that to hear the tv you had to turn it up to 77. To actually understand what was being said on the tv you had to turn it up to 90. There were no other rooms available and we couldn't be moved. We called the front desk and they said the music would stop by 10:30. It didn't stop until 2:30. My boyfriend went downstairs and asked for the money back because he would rather stay at the red roof inn. They said we would forfeit our money. The music was so loud and so annoying it completely ruined our entire trip. We left 3 days early and will never go back to Clearwater again. read more

Listen close ... Chris is the manager of Sheapherds (outsise probably) ... he is the freaking man.. I've been tons of places in the Caribbean and over seas and pay attention. This place is clean and they cater to your every need. I cant get enough of this place. If you have a small problem ask for Chis, especially outside during the party section. He will go all the way out of his way to make sure you are covered...This is a testament to how great these people make sure the place is ready for a big crowd. Small crowd hey doesn't matter. I've been a a veteran of this place for years. I wish I had employee's like these!!. I hope they read this shit too all the people who sweep up and clean the rooms.. some of this needs to be said directly to those employees. Dont stop I'm a fan of the small things... so this is what happened tonight. I was at shepherd's in Clearwater and the man on stage who was singing said anyone wanna request a song. so I yelled out play florida georgia line. and he said I ment the ladies not the men who wanna be ladies. I then had a manger come speak to me and 3 security guards, he said he will say what he wants on a mic. I was like no you cant bc isnt everyone welcome here????? you cant say negative shit like that on a mic esp in front of over 100 ppl. yes I got loud but you cant say things that lean towards negativity....point of the story I havent felt this much hate at a business in a long time. if the GM HAPPENS to see this message me to make this right. that's all read more

If I could give zero reviews I would! We've stayed here before a few times and this by far was the worst trip! I three times involved the managers that didn't give a rats ass of the loud rude neighbors that had 14 people in a four person suite... We love to dance and have drinks with the best of people but these rude assholes were up three nights in a row partying until 9 am smoking... The hallways were filthy with cigarette butts and the carpets gross! Cockroaches up and down the halls .... I do recommend people here in the past but they'll never be back as well ... I mailed my letter to the owner today!!!! You won't last when nobody cares about your damn customers !! read more

This is a great place for locals to go for a night out. We go to the Tiki Bar, which has a gigantic deck area, two bars, big stage with live bands, large dance area -- very fun times!!! We go early so we are the only ones on the dance floor... we get to show off. But after 9pm it gets very crowded; still lot's of fun as the energy level is very high. Plus the inside Wave Club for hip loud DJ music. You can also hang out on the beach or the rocks going out into the water, looking out towards the Gulf of Mexico. We hop between here and the Iguana Bar next door to catch non-stop music and dancing. read more

Be aware that the management and security staff at this resort discriminates as to which rules they will "enforce" and to who. In my opinion they are racist and seem to reserve their best behavior and customer service for "certain" people. During the Coronavirus lockdown, they were quick to expel minorities from their property while looking the other way for "others". This will be reported to civil rights organizations along with complaints. read more

Terrible service - staff act like (probably are) thugs. I watched the bouncers fake tripping onto a young man and knocked him to the floor. when the young man pushed the bouncer from off of him, three bouncers punched him several times and then whisked him away, all without provocation. I complained and was told to mind my own business. Disgusting behavior by the staff. Avoid at all costs. read more

Fantastic customer service! They really make you feel welcomed and at home on vacation. The valet team and front desk associate named Lidia were phenomenal. We asked Lidia where we could find usps to drop off a letter for the mail, she went above and beyond and offered to take our letter to their outgoing mail herself. Great job making us feel relaxed and taken care of! read more

The atmosphere is great for a younger crowd. The band is playing till 3 in the morning and when you wake up. There is a great buffet right next door. Mimosa brunch is excellent. Restricted access to there beach cuts down on the crowd you have to deal with and they have activities right off the beach. If you want to kayak or para-sail, you don't have to go vary far. read more

Why Only 3 stars, I really like this place, I almost every two weeks going over there with my wife . Usually on Sunday. They have a private beach good food and great music. We are really enjoy and having Fun. But the 3 stars is because of the security guys. I understand they need to deal with drunk people but they are very rude and aggressive to everyone . read more

Stayed here while in Clearwater and had a great experience. The front desk was extremely helpful when needing a cab, recommendation,etc. Their brunch buffet was killer. We partied at the tiki beach club all day Sunday and it was a blast. Great music and people watching. Met lots of fun people and will definitely stay there again next time we come back read more

Great stay for the price! Amazing places to eat with amazing foods! A nice ocean view and a extravagant pool. Great for longer vacation stays because there's plenty to do in and out of the resort. We had our wedding there and it's one of the best and beautiful places to have events! read more
