I have stay here before, but this it was very different , and we actually oaid more money. I had a room on the 14th floor with the elite key but it didnt get to use for any of the ammenties. No free breakfast included and when we went the pool area it was a mess towels everywhere, i had to clean a table to sit. The jaccuzzi was diqusting and wasnt working. If you dont have all the amenities available to customers i dont how u charge the prices you are charging and i am going based in whats available to me. U can avertise stuff tha not available. Cons: not the nicest amenities, we had a toilet that wouldn't stop running for our entire stay and it feels pretty outdated. There were a bunch of pros and cons to this hotel. it's down the block from Sesame Place which is great. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms were decent. They had a great bar and a great bartender but had very few options for cocktails. Kind of a "on the rocks" or vodka soda kind of place. They had no mixes really for a good cocktail. They had an indoor pool which was nice but we were upset when we rushed through dinner to get there and they closed it because "kids played in mud and got the pool dirty". I'm not sure if this was a cover up for "kids pooped in the pool". Check in was easy and they were super friendly at the front desk. The fitness center was nice but it's attached to the pool area so be prepared for a lot of kids running in and out. All in all, this hotel was OK. If you're going to sesame place, its a good option during the cooler months when outside pools aren't open yet. If you have the option to go during the summer though, I'd opt for a different hotel with an outside pool for the kids to enjoy. read more

The AC had a loud sounds and in the morning our door was closed not even near check out time, house cleaning try to get inside the room in a rudeness way. The lady didn't even knock the door just try open it and forcing it, I screamed and it stopped, after 10 minutes someone again tried to open the door. This is not the best part , out of sudden we lost power, no ac, no electricity, no water, we couldn't even call the front desk to know what is going on. We watched outside and city light was running. When everything came back semi normal the water in the bathroom was yellow ohhh no shower for us. We left. We got to the front desk we got a sorry, front was unable to provided us a receipt because system issues . We ask for compensation and the manager took our phone number to contact us. We are a Marriott lifetime platinum family... Ugh I loved this place once several years ago. Yesterday was a little sketchy. The bed had stained linens, one stain being right smack in the middle of the comforter, the other on the side of it in a couple of different places. The pool had a broken hot tub with brown water at the bottom, and the room the pool is in had a lot of bugs around the perimeter. There were areas of pooled water on the tile floor. I didn't feel the pool area was clean at all. The shower in our room had a drain that appeared to be patched with a cement. Marijuana was definitely being smoked in the hotel and there were some sketchy people in my travels throughout the hotel and elevator. The good- the front desk workers were incredibly kind and courteous. I don't think I'd recommend this hotel again. read more

I stayed for a week long business trip. I learned a lot about this hotel and I wanted to share. The good - the to go food was hot and the beer was cold. I know that shouldn't even make it in the review, but read on and you'll see why. The bad - The check in was a debacle, truly. I have never had such a hard time checking in in a reservation. They said that the card my company reserved on had been rejected. (It wasn't). I gave them a personal card and they charged it not once, but three times. This naturally caused the bank to freeze the card as they suspected fraud. They were not able to issue anyone a key card. They were on a limited crew and someone had to literally walk each guest to their room. They made a mention to please order room service instead of going out to dinner. this was in effort that they would only have to go up to a guests room once to let them in. I ordered room service and was asked to come downstairs to get it and was still charged all the applicable room service fees. The staff wouldn't link my Bonvoy number for unknown reasons. The wi-fi would disconnect after mere seconds and I gave up and used my own. It made a work trip more hassle than it was worth. The breakfast buffet was pricey for cold food in warming trays. The outside building fans screech 24 hours a day which is heard from anywhere on the property. The rooms were dirty and dusty even after room service came. That was curious as supposedly they offer a $5 credit if you hang a placard on your door. I did this twice during my stay and the credit was never applied to my final bill. The Ugly - This location has been so thoroughly forgotten by their parent company that it's really pitiful. The rooms are worn out, have stains, tears and mold, please see my pics. There is no attention to detail. The staff is trying their best with the little tools that they have been given to do the job. Until their corporate headquarters make some all around upgrades, this location will continue to struggle. Bottom line, I would never treat my customers the way I was treated and I would never work for a company that doesn't empower their employees. Beware of hidden charges on bill. Do not use your card as a "deposit" for room deposits, unless you get a printed receipt back. The front desks clerks are known for "padding" the charges. When I called the front desk manager, Nakiya was VERY IMPOLITE, and quite rude- telling me to "take it up to the manager". I was so tempted to say where SHE could "take it". The accounting manager is also not the brightest, as she stated she didn't know how to account for a reversal of the charges-- umm- I have an MBA in accounting, sweetie! I know a debit and a credit!! Word to the wise--ALWAYS ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT OF ANY AND ALL CHARGES, go all the way to Marriott Corporate if need be, and file a dispute immediately with your credit card company. read more

TLDR: abandoned my stay after 4h and took the family home 1.5h away Pros: Only that it's 2m drive from Sesame Place's gate, and yet even this mere pro comes with the warning that it is not across the street practically because the park's sole entry is on far northwestern side whereas the hotels' on the fenced-in southeastern side. It is also not a reasonably walkable distance with toddlers due to very wide and high-traffic Oxford Valley Rd crossing. The architecture was fine, Sheraton style ballrooms and layouts and signage and such. There's a level labelled SPG though that program's gone, there are neither free breakfasts nor a Sheraton Club. Furniture quality and furnishings were similar Sheraton standard. Maybe a few other bits of mediocre rating are that the elevators work and no pests. The view while high is just that of suburbia complete with the whole checklist thereof. Now, the cons. Worth $70/nt not my $163/nt, to be frank, for a long list of reasons. Housekeeping left 1 hair on the bed and dozens on the carpet. Not ok as it suggests inferior cleaning atypical of hotels especially not ok during public health problem times. Maintenance however is visibly lacking with partially done repairs such as a hard spray foam for the shower drain gap and rust on the faucet. Furniture and finishes are visibly very heavily used and dated and overall the whole hotel needs a refresh or remodelling due to sheer use. The shower drain was unusably slow with a backup which is oh so gross. High family usage makes for a noisy hallway situation. The indoor (there's no outdoor one) pool was intentionally closed for 1+y yet staff lied in 3 ways. One, they said the pool motor was not received and yet that wasn't the reason as hotel reviews going back a year show. Two, they said the notice is on the site yet neither the Bonvoy app nor their Marriott site says so with only a notice in the post-reservation manager's email which is entirely insufficient to stop customer complaints. Three, they said the pool will be back tomorrow yet that is not true as I checked the next day by phone. Staff lying, intentionally or just out of desperation to avoid conflict, makes for a very awkward, trust-busting time. We overheard multiple families complaining about the same at the front desk. The single pane windows keep little heat out and are held in by only 12 screws which at these heights makes for a very nervous situation. The TV remote clearly never cleaned. Only 1 staff member upon checkin thus an unnecessary 20m wait per guest checkin as they peddle their $12 sandwich order-a-day-in-advance-on-paper thing as if to draw attention to lack of free breakfast. They use COVID19 as invalid excuse for removing service even as staff have no care for basically entirely unmasked everyone roaming the lobby. There are *so* many other inferior elements. read more

Imagine being in your room for the evening, getting ready for bed, when the door swings open and a stranger walks into your room. Turns out they are also a guest but were given keys to your room by the front desk. Then a few minutes later the front desk calls you and accuses you of being a squatter and trespassing. The front desk doesn't believe when you explain that you have been in that room since the day before, and you are told that the police are being called to arrest you. This is a true story. This has been one of the worst Marriott properties I have ever stayed. This is also my first Sheraton property and not impressed. So I checked in on the late night. Was thankful as the other decent nearby hotels were full (not sure why) and this one had a couple left. PARKING: The first turn off was the front parking it was full and some douche guests took up two parking spots because they can't park. So I check in. I'm told to park around back and my hotel key will let me in. Park in back. Having issues with hotel key. Security helps. I go in and it's like a maze to get to the elevator and figure out where you are going. ROOM: Then the room. Omg where do I begin. So first thing is the door lock. The extra enforcement lock was barely hanging on by screws. The ceiling is peeling and hanging a little. The bed skirt is stained. The bathroom isn't that clean. The air was the worst offender. It was on high but was barely kicking out anything. Was so tempted to ask for another room because of it but I was so tired. Bed was comfy but other accessories like chairs were not. AMENITIES: Website, Marriott app states room service available. Even the phone in room has a room service button to call. So I wake up and figure let's do room service. Search all over room. No room service menu. Go online still see it says room service. So I'm like breakfast is breakfast let's wing it I don't need a menu. Call room service. Rings rings and rings. Then I guess the call got bounced to guests services and I'm like I want to order room service and she's like no we don't offer that. And I was like okay weird so what it's just that one restaurant in house where I can grab breakfast and she is like yeah but u needed to place your order the night before (probably due to covid) and I was like okay then hung up. I'm extremely covid cautious but things are opening up and slowly returning to normalcy. Requiring me to place an order the night before is extra. Plus the woman who checked me in didn't mention it so how am I supposed to know. Customer Service: check in woman was nice but did bare minimum. I had to request she put the room under my bonvoy account. She didn't tell me about the food ordering situation. It was check in here's room card bye. All in all I wouldn't stay here again. This is advertised as a Marriott category 4 and I have had better experience, amenities and more at cat 2 with Marriott. read more

What they have here in Langhorne, PA is a win-win for anyone looking for a business space and an excellent decision waiting to happen for someone looking for a great place to stay. Business - Accommodations are top notch. The vast selections of rooms and spaces are excellent, and Donna will work hard to get your event to launch in the manner that you seek. I was very impressed Pleasure - The bar was great. The Restaurant was even better. Anthony at breakfast was a huge help and made me laugh several times before diving into a wonderful meal. Brooke was a delight to have as my guide for dinner. Tina made sure that everyone at the bar was taken care of and she is great at her job! Everyone I interacted with during my two night stay here at the Sheraton have been wonderful people who really seemed to care. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. We recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel for a business trip and this was the best one in town. We understand that the hotel is not "new" but there are some improvements to be made. The doors are not all the way to the floor so you can hear everything in the hallway. The toilet ran every 3 minutes 24/7. The sink dripped constantly. The lighting was horribly dim for working. There was an alarm clock on the floor behind the table. There were stains all over the side of the bed dust ruffle. The tiles over the shower had large gaps which was scary. There were no instructions on anything in the room or at checkin. No breakfast times , wifi, restaurant hours, NOTHING.The AC could just not keep up. It was overly stuffy in the room. The fridge was warm which made it hard to keep food. The restaurant was out of burgers and wings so we had to leave to get food. The bar was out of some kinds of alcohol. Breakfast was 18 dollars a day. The buffet was closed. They do have someone to take your order from a menu however, some of those foods were not available. They apparently use the buffet only when the hotel is full to a certain capacity. Well, I overheard that it was at 86 percent and still no buffet. The staff were WONDERFUL and I feel sorry for them as they said that they are down to bare bones staff and they are trying their best to do their jobs. I think as a franchise they need to be made to improve and as the old saying is, if you build it they will come. Open the buffet or remodel and make it a smaller breakfast area. Fill the bar! Stock the restaurant! Make a welcome pamphlet for the rooms with information! Fix the broken items and update the hotel a bit! read more

The area is dangerous. If you are a smoker, make sure to have someone with you or go to your car. Or don't bother at all. When you walk through the hallways, you can smell marijuana being smoked. I thought that you couldn't smoke in the rooms but they do. They don't have security. If they do have security, security isn't doing their job. Homeless people and junkies will come up to ask to use your cell phone or to ask for a cigarette. Pretty shady people. Housekeeping is sub par. Parts of the bathroom are rusted out. They certainly did not vacuum the floors. But the worst part during my stay, when I was under the blankets, I turned on my cell phone light, and what I saw was absolutely disgusting. There were swatches of green and brown. At which time I had the clerk switch my room. The other patrons are very disruptive until the wee hours in the morning. Preventing the use of the room. So why pay for a room? Everyone deserves some peace and quiet, especially after 21:00 The manager Michael does not care how he runs this hotel. I don't know how unprofessional managers can get away with what they do but it's what they don't do that keeps potential patrons away. There are other hotels in the area that are much cleaner , safer, and nicer than this location. The clerks are also very attentive, but not here at the Sheraton in Langhorne Pennsylvania. Stay away, even if you're taking your kids to Sesame place. It's all overrated and too expensive. The rooms should actually be $29 pet night especially with the kind of people who stay here. read more

Best place to stay if your going to Sesame Place the hotel is hug and very family friendly they always have some of the best prices in town the hotel also offers an indoor pool and hot tub a fitness center and a bar/restaurant where you can enjoy a buffet or a la carte breakfast. The room are always clean and spacious when traveling with my family this is my first and only choice we stay at. The offer a complementary shuttle van to and From the hotel and park all day all you have to do is tell the front desk that alone saves you $20 since that is what parking costs at the park and since you can come and go as many times as you want the savings are endless. read more

Friend had a wedding here and the staff messed up several room accommodations. A lot of effort was made trying to correct the issue. Open bar at hotel was aggressively closed early during the wedding. 14 minutes early for "clean up" which I thought would have happened after the open bar window as opposed to during. This was one of the worst experiences in terms of a hotel I have had. When I arrived on Monday, the power was out at the hotel. I know it isn't the hotels fault, but the way some things were handle were. The first is when I checked in using the App, which they suggested per their email, they said I was all set and handed my keys. While the power was out, I went to my room, but my keys weren't working. When I returned, they said that they should work without power but they'd let me in with a master regardless. So I went to my room and spent the night. The next morning, I went to breakfast where I had a bowl of oatmeal that contained a hair in it. After the nice waitress apologized and I let it go, I went back to my room where I was unable to access it again because my keys wouldn't work. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk, she questioned why I was in that specific room in the first place because they had me scheduled to be in a room on the ninth floor. She asked her manager what to do and he said "just redo her keys, it won't matter ". So that's what they did. When I returned from my meeting, my key worked so I changed and went to work out. I returned to my room, cleaned up, then went to dinner. When I returned from dinner, my keys wouldn't work again! So I went to the front desk where I overheard an elderly woman someone was staying in her room that she checked into on July 22 but didn't stay there because of the power being out. I heard her tell them the room number I was staying in and then the manager said he'd send security to investigate. Luckily I overheard and I said I'm in that exact room. I explained how my keys kept not working and no one checked into it. I felt so unsafe after that moment because the people at the front desk just kept on giving me keys to my room even though my name apparently wasn't on that room in the system. Fast forward to Thursday, a false fire alarm went off. No apology, nothing. Just telling us that it was a false alarm. It is so sad how this entire week was handled. I wasn't offered any compensation for any of this but worst of all, the entire week I felt so unsafe in this hotel. I have stayed at many sheratons and this is the worst experience I have ever been apart of. Not because it wasn't clean or that the wait staff wasn't nice, it is solely because I didn't feel safe with how the room situation was handled. I always give the benefit of the doubt in situations like this but the fact I went to the front desk four times and they just kept giving me new keys when I'd say my room key wasn't working, you'd think they would've investigated more, but without question, or even asking exactly who I was, they kept giving out keys. The only reason that I gave two stars and not one is because the waitress was nice and the hotel was fairly clean. That's it. read more

I arrived here at the Sheraton Bucks county hotel with my family approximately an hour ago. After driving six hours we proceeded to climb into bed. Only to be faced with an absolutely filthy blanket. I know down style blankets have feather type stuffing but it should never ever be brown. We had just laid our baby onto it and then became horrified. I approached the front desk with a photo and asked for a new blankets and to speak with a manager in the morning. She informed me that there is nothing a manager can do for me and I do not need to speak with one since we booked through Expedia, and that they are out of blankets but should have more tomorrow afternoon. So we are laying in a freezing cold room with the option of sheets or a dirty blanket. We are not complainers and I frequently stay at both Sheraton hotels and Hilton hotels for work. Yes we booked thru Expedia, because I waited for 20 minutes on hold with reservations for this hotel and just didn't have the time. And now I am being treated like a second class citizen. My family is sleeping with sheets, because the blankets were too dirty to use. The front desk offered breakfast but will not allow me to speak to management because I booked they Expedia. We reserved a double-bed room for after hour visit to Sesame Place. We stayed with a 1 1/2 & 9 year-old. The hotel is close to Sesame Place (could be walkable, but not with kids). The room was ready early, which was great. It was clean, they had plenty of towels & washcloths (I travel with my own washcloths). They give a mini pack of sanitizing wipes. The desk chair was uncomfortable & sunken in, so didn't sit in it long. I reported that there were no batteries in my remote and they said maintenance would change out the remote, though that never happened. Aside from that, the team members were friendly & informative. The mini store was open 24-hours & had the basics. They offer a pickup breakfast only with limited options, so we didn't experience it. Dinner was from 5pm - 11pm, but we ate outside of the hotel also due to limited options. The bar wasn't well stocked. I wanted red wine & they only had pinot noir (which is fine for me), but they had 3 brands, which weren't full. The bartender mixed 2 in order to make a full glass. Wasn't a huge deal, because I really only wanted red wine though could be a drawback for others. My main concern was that the team members didn't wear masks, which probably isn't mandated in PA. With COVID numbers rising & guests coming from neighboring states, I feel as though precautions should be put in place for that. I would stay again. I've spent 3 weeks here over the last year. This last visit had a Manager's Reception. It was a small reception at the hotel bar with some free food and drinks, and a SPG points drawing. I've stayed at countless hotels over the years but this was a first for me. The manger made it a point to talk to every guest and thank them for staying there. The hotel is nice. It is not new and sometimes shows it age. I had some issues with the hot water in the room and there was a lack of water pressure but not a big deal. Overall this is a great place to stay when in the area. I will definitely stay again and I recommend this place to others. I was there on business but for families, Sesame Place is directly across the street. There are ample restaurants and stores in the area. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful as well. The pool and gym area are beautiful as well. The gym offers an enormous exercise area that rivals some small health clubs. read more

The most important thing, the air conditioner works well and honestly in this awful heat/humidity that's all that matters. I didn't give it 5 stars because there are no self service laundry services. When I called and asked guest services about a laundromat in the area the employee said he didn't know of one and hung up. What a friendly staff and convenient location (well convenient for us)! We stayed here the night before we settled on our new home. We had a truck full of all of our belongings and were completely exhausted from moving out of one house. The staff greeted us with a smile and provided us with amazing service - including allowing us to park our truck in the lot. There was this yummy water with fresh citrus in it (orange, lemon and lime peels) next to the registration desk. The room was nice and quiet (even though Sesame Place is right across the street). Staff was amazing and super friendly as I checked-in. My husband, son, and I got the a room here as a packaged deal with Sesame Place. It was very clean and nice but the reason it gets 2 stars is the hotel itself. Walls are paper thin at 11pm we could hear the room next door doing the horizontal tango and then talked the rest of the night. I have a one year old that doesn't need to hear all the moaning or other people's business, I don't need to hear it. I was very disappointed that such a nice looking place but has not sound proof their rooms and we could hear every room door being closed and conversations in the hall because of the huge gap between the room door and the floor. After a very long, hot and frustrating day with my set of twins, I came into the Sheraton to rest for the night, and encountered a VERY IMPOLITE, IMPATIENT, and RUDE Frontend Manager by the name of Nakiya. I am not one to write complaints but, after a long day and irritable children, I did NOT need or expect to encounter this young woman who projected a condescending and helpless attitude. The hotel itself, is ideally PERFECT if you plan to visit Sesame Place. The view of the park was spectacular! However, if you had a long day, or need front desk assistance, please avoid Nakiya at ALL costs! Or you may run into some trouble or a bad attitude that would leave you feeling more frustrated than actually helped! My room was located on the 14th floor where the club lounge is located. The room was clean, the bathroom was remarkable & spacious exceptional! Accidentally booked through booming.com, not the bonvoy site. Paid over 400 upfront, about the same as bonvoy. Death in family cancelled my birthday travel a week ahead. Would they give me a calcellation, small fee, charge for one night and refund the other two? No, the fine print says no refund ONE DAY after booking, Sheraton is keeping it all. Dear Mr. Deutsch: My husband, baby and I stayed at the Sheraton hotel last night and just checked out this morning. Our experience was not enjoyable. First, I chose to book the hotel over other hotels in the area mainly because of a phone conversation I had with an unknown gentlemen who answered (215) 547-4100 on Monday, July 26. This phone call lasted for 26 minutes. I waited on hold for awhile until I was able to speak with an agent. I would have just booked online per usual, however, I wanted to ensure three things. 1. The pool was open; 2. That we would have a suite on one of the top floors for a view of Sesame Place from the window and 3. That there was a complimentary breakfast (many of the other hotels offered this. If the breakfast wasn't complimentary, that would not have been a deal breaker - but we were looking for a sit down or buffet option to fuel up before our long day ahead of us). This individual that I spoke with advised me that I would have a king suite on the top floor - which ultimately was not true since the girl at the front desk said that "all of the suites are located on the first floor". Not a big deal, just a slight disappointment from what I was told. Next, after checking in we inquired about the breakfast. Not only was it not complimentary but it also was not a sit down or buffet type of breakfast either. Additionally, the limited menu was once again a disappointment. The woman at the front desk asked if I would like to speak with a manager and I of course told her yes. She came back to the desk after a few minutes and let me know that the manager was "busy". Too busy to speak with a hotel guest - not good business practice. I was told that she would get back to me and after about four hours and still not hearing from the manager, I took it upon myself to leave my room and go back to the front desk to ask for her. We finally arrived to our room and thought there was an issue with the electricity since the lighting was very low - depressing even. The pillows were both flat and lumpy at the same time as well as the mattress. Lastly, I wanted to give the baby a bath and went into the bathroom and the first thing I saw when I looked in the tub was an insect. Not a fly, a disgusting crawling insect. This did not make me confident that my family was staying in a clean place. The dust on the lamps and tabletops only furthered my disgust. read more

By far the worst experience, service and stay I have ever had in my life at a Sheraton Let's start with my room being canceled, merely because I had called and asked about what the penalty would be for canceling my reservations within 24hours of my stay. They assumed I didn't want to arrive and just canceled without my request. I arrived at hotel and did not have a room. I was told to look around for other hotels. After fighting that I would not leave bc I did not cancel, finally a single miracle room showed up. ;( I had to wait almost 2 hours with my children already anxious from my 2 hour drive, in my car bc I couldn't wait in the lobby as the smell of leaking gas from fire place was unbearable. While Hoping and praying that the front desk could fix their mistake, I almost also wanted to find another hotel as I was afraid the hotel would explode . At this point I just want to get into room and prepare children for bed. Well to my surprise the service elevator was The ONLY working elevator and took me an addition 15 min wait to get into room. All guest that walked into the elevator that stopped at every floor, along with the housekeepers pulling garbage and dirty linen into the same elevator, were all complaining. The elevator had been down for days. Get into room and the smell of wet soggy carpet was the worst. Dirty bathroom grimy walls even the remote was filthy. God what have we gotten ourselves into. Without continuing with the long trauma and nightmare. Let me finish by saying that when i needed ice for the $3 bottled water in the room bc the fridge was not working, i decided to go get ice from machine..... guess what didn't work? Yup, The ice machine. Had to wait another 10 minutes for elevator to go down to front desk to get ice. Front desk gave me ice in a tiny ziplock bag. Which almost melted by the time i got back in my room. unbelievable. EVERY Employee was completely bothered. From Crystal at the reservations when i called to inquire about cancellation. Davian at front Desk when i arrived to my canceled reservation and just couldn't help me and left me to figure out on my own. To Ed, who didn't want to hear one more complaint about the "dang elevator". So he called it. I asked for general manager info and head of front desk info. To whom i will be emailing as well. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed here during our trip to Sesame Place from out of state and they have a complimentary shuttle to the park. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. read more
