The clasp on my bracelet needed replacing it was missing on one side he claimed that if he tightened the opposite side it would be fine and when he brought the bracelet back out to me it was exactly the same as when I gave it to him when I expressed this to him he was extremely rude and told me I had too much attitude. The ring needed a stine put back in which I had and I was quoted a crazy price to fix a prong. Turned to a major ordeal and an absolute nightmare I do not recommend this place. I got an extremely rude response saying they will not pay for shipping and told me if the package was altered in any way (presumably it was since she tried it on) I would not get a refund. Now in order to get a refund I am out $10 bucks on a $28 bracelet. Horrible customer service and rude. Would never order from them again.
