Review of Madison Psychiatric Associates…read more My time at Madison Psychiatric Associates was disappointing, to say the least. I was initially passed over for the position, only to be hired three weeks later when the original hire abruptly left. From day one, I caught on quickly to the role and was consistently praised by my supervisor for my ability to handle tasks efficiently and stay on top of the workload. I maintained the "okay to call" file daily while my coworkers spent the majority of their time on personal activities -- including making memes, scrolling social media, and browsing for pets -- even during busy office hours. Despite my strong performance, I was abruptly terminated two hours into a shift without any clear explanation, even after asking multiple times. The lack of professionalism in that moment -- particularly from Trina -- was incredibly disappointing. Taylor, the office manager is also extremely rude. He came to me with something that he knew nothing about. An issue with something I did not do. When I tried to correct him on the info he came to me with, so that he was correct about it and he didn't sound like a complete idiot talking about something HE thought he knew, he had a disgusting attitude towards me and tried to argue with me. The office culture is unprofessional, with frequent gossip about patients, providers, and staff happening openly, even in front of patients. The work ethic of the front desk team (with the exception of the billing department and Kasey, the intake coordinator, who were respectful and supportive) was virtually nonexistent. Leadership seemed either unaware or unconcerned about the dysfunction. There are also serious concerns about the facility itself, including what appeared to be mold issues throughout the building. In short, the workplace lacks structure, professionalism, and respect -- not only toward employees but potentially toward patients as well. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone seeking a professional and ethical healthcare environment. I'm a licensed esthetician of 6 years, I've been in healthcare for the last 5 years working at chiropractic offices to hospice and nursing homes and this is by far the most unprofessional environment I've ever encountered

It ended up being a 30 minute appointment to catch up on any health or other medication changes, and we did NOT do any psychotherapy (I work with a therapist separately). I still have a $145 line item on my bill for psychotherapy that didn't happen.

Anh-Toan has been such a great life coach and his insightful, interpersonal, and in-depth approach…read morehas helped me tremendously. We meet bi-monthly via Zoom and occasionally in-person as well. For context, I started these sessions with a clear goal to better understand where I wanted to focus my energy and career, though I couldn't figure it out by myself (not like it's an easy thing to do but still). I was impressed by Anh-Toan's ability to empathetically understand my situation and pinpoint the important things to focus on. I gained a much better understanding of my values and practical advice to apply them in everyday life. His positive energy is contagious and I come out of every session with a strong sense of purposeful direction. For those considering life coaching in-general: I think it's a really valuable investment when you're trying to set a direction or gain better self-understanding. It can also be valuable in figuring out how to apply knowledge to take something good and make it better. If you're on the fence I'd say schedule a chat and see if it's a good fit - Anh-Toan's an honest guy and will give his honest opinion. Highly recommend him as a coach!

Anh-Toan is a genuinely friendly, happy and helpful person, who is highly skilled at helping you identify what you want most in your life and breaking down the steps it will take to get there. From visualization exercises, to progress tracking tools, to digging in to your most personal roadblocks, Anh-Toan knows how to help you become the person you most want to be. I strongly recommend having your first conversation with him as soon as you can. You'll know right away you want him in your corner.
