There were no carts available, no offer to help, and nobody even held the door open while I was visibly struggling to carry it. I actually ended up with bruises on my wrists afterward from trying to maneuver it inside. I was then told they could print my return label for $2, only to later tell me it was actually a FedEx label and I would need to take the package elsewhere. Which is fine. But Again, while carrying the same heavy package back out, no one offered assistance or even held the door again. What stood out most was how different the experience was when I went to FedEx afterward. I was greeted kindly, walked through the process without feeling stupid for asking questions, there were carts available to help customers bring in packages, and they printed the return label for free. AND, he held the door open for me while I was carting in my large package!! I understand employees may not always be able to physically assist customers, but basic customer service and situational awareness go a long way. I know this type of service isn't required to print out documents but she was kind, patient and extremely helpful with him. After printing the itinerary she even went over it with him to help him understand his departure date and time. I never accessed after hours but totally would if I was so Inclined as I feel comfortable doing so. They tried their hardest to find the misplaced or misdelivered items. I trust Amazon folks messed it. It mattered because it was a wedding gift. That just made it more tolerable and special that they tried. They'll communicate via email which is most preferred for me and my life demands. Renewals can be done without issue over the phone and receipts left in your box.

I've since opened my own business and I use this location several days a week, most recently as a mailbox key holder. I have dropped thousands of USPS packages here over the past year in business, always grateful that UPS offers this partnership since the nearest post office is at least 15 mins away. The employees are kind about the USPS and Amazon drop offs and after bad experiences other places, this is the only delivery service location I frequent anymore. Delivery and mailing these days is not perfect, but thank god for my UPS store down the road.

So I had to pay for shipping but instead of telling me that the girl was almost talking down to me saying "this is all you have ? You need a QR code" I showed her that is all the return process printed out and then she rolls her eyes at me! She throws the paper and says she can't take those. Super easy to place the order online and pay ahead of time so pick up was fast. A good sized parking lot with designated Fedex parking spots. The space is clean, organized, and spread out. I went straight to the print counter and was helped right away. The staff was friendly and made sure all of the prints looked correct before I left. The prints were high quality. Thick paper, excellent color, and overall great quality. Very happy with the experience and products. This will continue to be a go-to print location for me.
