They were all smiles ready to shuttle me to the airport at 3:30 a.m, as planned. Upon boarding my flight, I realized that I left $50 in my cup holder that was meant to be used for tipping while I was on vacation. Oops. Obviously, it was my fault for leaving cash behind while rushing to catch my flight, and I truly did not expect to see that money ever again. When I returned from vacation 4 days later, I called for the shuttle to take me back to my vehicle. They arrived at the airport within 5 minutes. Upon returning to their parking lot, my car was pulled up front and waiting for me in the exact condition that I had left it in. No scratches or dents. I immediately looked down in my cup holder only to realize that the money was not there.... just as I had expected. I opened my center console only to find that the money was neatly tucked inside (out of plain view) without so much as a dollar missing! Wow!!! It is truly refreshing to know that there are still honest people out there. I don't travel often, but when I do, I will definitely be using Albany Park Ride & Fly again! It only took a short walk and an escalator ride to get to the train platform. Passengers were able to wait comfortably inside the station until the train arrived. The train arrived on time, and it was very clean inside. The power outlets at my seat worked perfectly, which made the trip more convenient. The seats were comfortable, spacious, and offered much more room than airplane seats. Overall, the trip was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Also, with some good snack options. I am a creature of habit and always stop in at Starbucks for my drink inside of the Barnes and Nobles bookstore. I oftentimes go to Macys as well as Sephora for my beauty products. Colonie Center in my opinion is just the right size and not too overcrowded. Love it!

I was shocked as the people who bring you in the shuttle have always been very nice. My issue is that I was charged by them 5 times for the same service. They have given me the run around telling me that I waited a month so it made it my fault that I no longer have the ticket when it was them that waited a month to charge it. Now they are blaming their bank for doing it and say there are lot of us in this situation and we just have to wait. Over 300.00 being taken by them is an issue and having it tied up for who knows how long is unacceptable. Customer Service needs to be better for sure.

The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. There are some decent clothing stores and fun shops like lush and bath and bodywork's etc. It's a fun place to kill a few hours or a whole day if you wanted! It can be dirty in the bathrooms but I think that it's just that busy all the time it's hard to keep up with.

As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. They charged me SIX DAYS before the next month even started, then refused to refund me when I cancelled just two days later. I didn't even use the garage ONCE and they still took my money with a "too bad" attitude. This is straight-up theft. Their customer service is a joke--completely unhelpful and rude. On top of that, the garages themselves are filthy, run-down, and desperately in need of renovations. Save yourself the headache and avoid Albany Parking at all costs. There are much better options out there. Don't make the same mistake I did!

From adding pay parking on North Swan street and taking free spots away from residents, to not monitoring temporary no parking signs in from of residences, and still towing cars, even when the sign was removed. That sign is the responsibility of the owner and Parking Authority to ensure it is where it should be, and if it is not, then DO NOT tow a car, that is technically parked legally. I would have given less than 3 stars, but the Quakenbush garage took care of my car for only $135/month, when I was away for an extended period of time, and is the best service for the price and location, compared to other garages locally.

However, when I drove up to the (unmanned) garage the next afternoon to surprise her with the gift, the door would not open. Needless to say, I was mortified. I e-mailed the facility manager and called the numbers I had been given. When I finally reached them, I was told I had not been there at the appropriate time (my rental was for nights and weekends only), so a few hours later I returned at the appropriate time, and again no entry. I tried repeatedly for the next hour, nothing. More calls and e-mails. The next day I got a call back and was told, the "modem would need to reset". A few hours passed and I got a call saying it should now work. Once again, it did not open. More calls, e-mails, and I was told by the manager, that she would call the boss. That was Saturday. I waited all day Sunday, no response or call back. Then, Monday morning at 9:30 I called back and left a message. No response. Finally, about 11:30 I got in the car, drove the key fob back to the rental office, and returned home to stop payment on my check. I would not recommend this business based upon my experience. Off street parking is mostly about the security and convenience of having a parking spot when you need it. If the door won't open, what good is it?
