Once I was finally taken back - the PA asked routine questions, and when asked if I had ever had surgeries, I answered that I had a hysterectomy years ago. She then proceeded to ask if I could be pregnant. Nothing gives me more confidence in anyone in the medical field then when someone asks "could you be pregnant" or "when was the date of your last period" after telling them I had a hysterectomy.
