There are no signs letting customers know that if laundry sits for just a few minutes, it will be handled this way. When I spoke to the manager, he was incredibly condescending. I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. There's an app you can download and use to see the washer and dryer availability. You can also pay via the app using Apple Pay. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.

The floors are dirty, lint and trash are everywhere, and management clearly doesn't care about upkeep or customer experience. For the prices they charge, you'd expect working machines and a clean environment, but this place feels neglected and forgotten. I honestly wouldn't recommend this laundromat unless it's an absolute last resort. It needs a major cleanup, maintenance overhaul, and better management.

My clothes finished "washing" on a 4 and 6 load machine and the washer never pulled my conditioner and bleach. I asked the lady working here if they could restart my machine to manually add the bleach and conditioner- she said no because she can't, and she told me that's the reason we should be paying attention to our machines, and that we are responsible for adding water manually from the sink to the bleach and conditioner container for them to go through. She said that's why the signs are posted. No signs on this unit say such thing. Since she told me to add them and add water, I did so, and my clothes washed on the rinse mode and so never rinsed. All I wanted was for my machines to be restarted. Given that my clothes washed on the rinse mode, they didn't really rinse, i called the number and the person I spoke to said that he would have this fixed. Later on- While I was drying my clothes the lady came back and said she was told to start new washers for me free of charge, at this point my clothes that were not rinsed were being dried and I just needed to go because I have work to catch. I asked her if I could get my money back for those 2 machines and she said no, only 2 paid washers if I run my clothes again. I don't understand why someone is not here physically managing this place in case issues like this happen. I paid 7 dollars for a 6 load and 6 dollars for a 4 load- and I lost this money. Go elsewhere, my recommendation. If you do decide to come here, don't forget to bring a big cup to flush the bleach and conditioner manually in case your machine doesn't pull it properly during the cycle.

Now that this fraud has been ironed out, I can legitimately recommend Happy Bubbles Laundry for all your clothing upkeep needs! Angie is a sweetheart and has been hospitable since day one! She is the hardest worker in North Hollywood and has even watched her grandkids while managing the place! She's the first one in and last one out! And what's most impressive is that she seems to always be in good spirits with a smile on her face! They have a mix of regular and oversized machines, so you can handle everything from your weekly load to that massive comforter that's been sitting in your closet for way too long. My only gripes are that they raised the amount of the old-fashioned spin cycle white washers from $2.50 to $3.50 (depending on the temperature of the water) and it's sometimes hard to find parking in their small lot.
