No 2 gallons are ever identical. you have to box them together. If you open up a new gallon and start spot painting this will happen with all paint. Purchased Romabio Masonry from here for an unsealed/unpainted brick house. Did not cover in 2 coats…read morelike Romabio advertised. Did not even completely cover in 3 either :/ Romabio says I have to get a refund through Magnolia but Magnolia says it's our fault for not using primer even though Romabio says directly on the can and TDS no need for primer on unsealed/unpainted brick. Romabio agreed to give magnolia credit for the product but Christine said she wouldn't 'feel comfortable' giving us a refund for any amount. Christine lied to Romabio that she had warned us to use primer on our unsealed brick. I will never use Magnolia Paint again... Christine was not sympathetic that I was out over $2,000. She said she had to look out for her store even though Romabio agreed the product had not lived up to its description and I should be issued a refund. Same with their corporate manager Christy. She started the conversation by saying she didn't have much time for me even though I had just informed her that her store manager Christine had hung up on me. I also reached out to the owner and have not received a response. I attached a picture of the brick with 3 coats. As you can see, the finish is threadbare even though Romabio advertises their paint as a 2 coat, 'uniform', 'opaque' system with no need for primer on unsealed brick.

John was our instructor and he was excellent. He explained everything clearly, made sure everyone felt comfortable using the equipment, and kept the class engaging without ever feeling rushed. Went to this store for a very small paint sample to touch up a bathroom wall because it was…read moreoriginal Sherwin Williams paint. One person ahead of me with a clerk on what turned into a long call verifying their purchase. Another clerk finally emerged from the back then a manager verified for him that he could make the sample from my paint numbers and paint sample (I came prepared) for $10-11 (as Lowe's will do). I reitterated throughout the conversation that I only needed the sample but he formulated a pint and charged me $35. He INSISTED that I needed that and not the sample that I requested and I reiterated many times. I started to just walk out and go to Lowe's but after investing about 25 minutes in this process with my wife waiting in the car I paid the $35 for a pint of paint that I didn't need that will just sit in my garage.

Went into this Arboretum Bath & Body works store to exchange a gift and buy some other scented…read moreproducts. We were greeted by 3 employees at the front door all standing together talking. There was one customer in the store near the register area shopping but none of the employees in the store were assisting that customer. As I walked in with products in my hand explaining that I wanted to get a credit to purchase something different all three employees kinda stumbled as finally one of them stepped up and offered to help me. She led me to the register to begin my return but then told me it would be a minute as she would be checking out the customer who had been shopping with no employees helping her. Mind you there was another employee who also came up to the register desk but did not offer to help me. So I waited . After issuing the credit refund to the store gift card both of the employees went into the back room leaving me to shop with no assistance. I had to ask several times for one of the store employees standing at the front of the store to come and help me. By this time there were NO other customers in the store. I have to say I have never felt so ignored and unseen as I was the entire time I was shopping in this store. The staff had no interest in helping me and for me to have to ask over and over for someone to help me when there were no other customers in the store was just disappointing. I won't ever understand how four employees had to be asked to help a customer in a store that had no other customers. It was really frustrating. I am sorry I ever went there. I won't ever make that mistake again. No customer service.
