On the scheduled delivery day, I got an email saying there was a payment issue and that unless I updated my payment method, I wouldn't receive my order. After finally reaching a representative, I was told that only the second charge had been fully processed and the original full charge was just a "temporary authorization." At no point during the purchase was this explained. I wasn't aware I needed to keep double the amount on my card just to complete a single order. I had already paid -- I didn't have more money on the card, and I shouldn't have needed to. They should have simply captured the funds from the original charge. I spent days going in circles with their support -- no one could resolve the issue. I only received part of my order. No clear communication, no accountability, and zero resolution. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend Lowe's online ordering at all.

John was our instructor and he was excellent. He explained everything clearly, made sure everyone felt comfortable using the equipment, and kept the class engaging without ever feeling rushed. We also met a few other team members while we were there and everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care about what they do. Obie presents himself very well. His work does not. Obie worked in a flip of ours to paint the…read moremajority of the exterior and stain the deck. He did the first job really well. The trim. Then I noticed he had cut in on the exterior.edges on the main home. Instead of notifying me that he needed 2 types of paint, he continued with a brick paint on wood. This a different shade/sheen in touch ups all over the exterior. Turns out the GC did not give him both kinds so we all acknowledged the error by the GC and Obie agreed to fix it. Being pleased with his integrity & the desire to keep things rolling, I asked Obie to get me a quote: painting the doors & staining the deck. The quote seemed fair so we met at the paint store to get supplies. At the store we got door paint and deck stain. The store man was wonderful. I told him I wanted a light stain so the wood grain showed. He told Obie to mix it with paint thinner and wash it over. The next day obie and crew were supposed to begin. After a day of not communicating, he called and apologized saying he would be there the next day. Around lunch they began staining, I arrived around 4pm and looked at progress. It was very sloppy and dripping everywhere. Pointing to a few drip stains I asked Obie how to fix it. He non-chalantly said he would sand those and it would look great. Believing him, I moved forward. Obie and crew got there in the afternoon and continuEd. The work was streaky and uneven. I was trying to be patient so I furniture say anything. The next day he did not show. I called and said he would be there Sunday. All day Sunday I waited for an update. At 3pm he got to the house was locked out. I sent him the code. Unbeknownst to usthe freshly gloss sealed floors were wet. He says he's going to sand& prep. The next day he "finished" the job. He did not notify me that he was complete. We arrived and were not impressed. Splotchy and big blocks of stained & unstained areas, lines where the roller sat . At that time, I reached out to Obie. He did not reply for over an hour though texts all informed, delivered and read. At this we discussed and my husband was also present. Obie said the aforementioned conversation. He said he would not come back out for free and would work up a quote. He sent one for $1200 & $1800. We asked him to fix for free or refund the money paid. He has not responded.

One person ahead of me with a clerk on what turned into a long call verifying their purchase. Another clerk finally emerged from the back then a manager verified for him that he could make the sample from my paint numbers and paint sample (I came prepared) for $10-11 (as Lowe's will do). I reitterated throughout the conversation that I only needed the sample but he formulated a pint and charged me $35. He INSISTED that I needed that and not the sample that I requested and I reiterated many times. I started to just walk out and go to Lowe's but after investing about 25 minutes in this process with my wife waiting in the car I paid the $35 for a pint of paint that I didn't need that will just sit in my garage.

I am not exaggerating at all when I say dealing with BWH Services was the worst business experience…read moreI've ever had; personally or professionally. It was awarded the painting contract for our homeowners' association of which he was president at the time. Not only does the term 'conflict of interest' not exist in Ben Hamrick's vocabulary, his reaction when the issue is raised angers him beyond the point of civil behavior. I'm only giving BWH one star because it is not possible to give him no or negative stars. Pay close attention to reviews that mention his legal threats because that's his go to move when he's held to account. He's also quick to accuse you of threatening behavior, legal and otherwise. The painting itself was comically sloppy in places. Communication on progress of the work was virtually non-existent. Our Board had to initiate the final inspection process after not getting a progress update for months. Once the final inspection process was underway, he did address much of what was listed but, so much of that consisted inexcusable mistakes like missed areas and terrible overspray. We gave up before everything was addressed because weeks would go by without communication. And, when we did have contact, the excuses and accusations made the process unbearable. We complained to the Better Business Bureau looking for a partial refund but, that just provided BWH another forum to be unreasonable. No resolution was reached there. Ben Hamrick still claims he's willing to complete the work. But, his actions such as leaving the leftover paint at a board member's doorstep without permission say otherwise. I did the math. BWH had 286 business days to paint 17 modest sized units (over three weeks per unit) and never really finished and closed the job out professionally. All while accusing the customer of being unreasonable. My sincerest advice is to run, don't walk, to another contractor. I will share more details with anyone who would like to. It is important that business like this change their ways or don't get opportunity to aggravate more unsuspecting customers.

When I went here on a Saturday afternoon there was only one worker working they are. He was very busy. Three customers walked in while I was there and he had multiple phone calls. While he couldn't color match the wallpaper I brought in due to the sample being too small, he was very helpful and offered to help me find a color that would match on the Sherwin-Williams sample chips. I wish I would've caught his name cause he was a very nice guy and a hard worker. If you're in need of paint SW is where to head.

He never ONCE came back out to check on us or the other couple. We were looking at paint chips as well as getting a few supplies. He never asked us if we needed any help or if we had any questions. Very horrible customer service. I was very turned off. Flash forward a few weeks later-My husband wanted to come here real quick to buy a few quart samples. The staff that day was very friendly and helpful. I didn't see the same guy as we did last time which is a good thing. We asked our questions and bought our stuff without any issues. It's bad that a few bad employees can ruin a good store.

We walked around and shopped for plants, enjoyed all the greenery scenery. I bought a super cute plant and so did my friend. My boyfriend bought a cute sign about our spoiled dog lol. They're pricing is on the higher side for plants, but it's a chain so I wasn't surprised. I like the things the have to offer and their options. Great spot to get all things yard and garden related!!
