Not sure if management changed or if they just got smarter about hiring, but Bridget is a serious asset. If I were the owner, I'd guard Bridget like the last gallon of paint during a supply shortage. Every place we have gone to get supplies has been a headache. Incorrect orders, no show deliveries, it was super frustrating. Shilpark paint is the ONLY place that made it easy for my husband to order quality paint. Including Home Depot and Lowe's! Also, Shilpark actually answers the phone. They get our paint to us in a reasonable amount of time AND the order is ALWAYS right. These guys are really on the ball and definitely deserve your business. I'm very thankful for all the help they've given us and we will be ordering all of our paint from there from now on. We need these folks to stay in business!

ALL of the stores and online were sold completely out of the face masks. I went in to just buy one respirator mask, then later came back to buy two for my elderly parents. They had already SOLD ALL OF the last 12 to another customer. I came in just as the customer was about to leave with all twelve masks. I asked if I could buy two of them for my parents who are well into their 60s and my mom has COPD. Instead of telling me NO they are sold out they asked the customer if he wouldn't mind. I mean really, he could have just said no and walked away, but he said to find out if anybody else had masks left. They called around to different locations to find extra face masks and found more at a different location. The customer "unbought" two so PPG could sell the masks to me for my parents. Thank you to the VERY understanding customer and to the people that work there that went above and beyond! They were friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. I am grateful to know people like them still exist.

Previously, the staff had been helpful - That all changed on my most recent visit. I had purchased a quart of black, custom color match paint. When I picked it up, there was no color dot indicator on the lid, but I didn't think much of it. However, when I recently opened it to start a new project, I discovered that instead of giving me the black paint I had purchased, I had received a quart of white paint. I brought it back to the store with my original color sample asking to have it remixed. I was met by not only annoyance but also accusations. The same employee, who had previously feigned a polite demeanor, was now accusing me of putting other paint in their container? This was a brand new container, & I had not tampered with the paint. His response was so bizarre and unwarranted. I understand that people make mistakes, but to be unwilling to accept any responsibility and to make such wild accusations is completely unacceptable. I insisted that they had clearly given me someone else's paint, to which he replied, "Go Fuck Yourself." You can tell a lot about a person by how they behave when there is a problem. I suspect that I'm not alone in complaining about receiving the wrong paint. If you are a woman, be warned as this "family owned" store seems to operate under the impression they can talk and treat you with complete and utter disregard.

Service: All the staff at this Carson location have been helpful and friendly. They have assisted me in special orders, returns, and pick up of selection. Selection: This Floor and Decor has a great selection of tile, flooring materials, construction supplies, bathroom vanities, and various other construction materials. The tile selection is really awesome when we did both of our bathroom remodels. The 48"x48" tiles were perfect to minimize my grout lines and give my floors and wall a smooth finish. The back splash tile for my kitchen also made it look nice and welcoming. You will be able to find your style here at Floor and Decor Carson. Value: I got my back splash tile for $1.29 per tile, over ordered by 4 boxes, and the staff refunded me with no issues. The 4x4 were a bit more ($84 per tile) but worth it. The delivery fee is decent and not wholly unreasonable but if you pay for the service they will be great at exchanging any broken tile.
