It wasn't until the flooring was 3/4 installed that we realized that we were shorted, after sorting through all the damaged product that we were assured was inspected before it was given to us. They did order (more but they refused to deliver) and that's when we realized that the packaging was different. They had repackaged damaged flooring to make it look "new" and it was damaged and misprinted. The new packaged material was so much better that the rest of out floor looks bad. Calls were ignored and customer service wasn't any better. Promises to look into the matter resulted in dropped correspondence. Finally we were offered a store credit for a pittance of what we paid. The floor looks bad, poor quality of materials, unethical practices of selling used as new and not making good on their promises. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. If you have a problem you'll be left doing what we are doing.

They were, however, the most professional by far! They were extremely patient with us while working to understand our needs and never tried to upsell or steer into anything that we didn't want. Since it's a nice chunk of change, we had them come out a few times to make sure we were selecting the correct color and style for our home. Each time they were patient and answered any questions we came up with, even those that we'd asked more than once. While Budget Blinds wasn't the cheapest quote that we received, they were able to offer a discount to lower their rates, which was much appreciated. The warranty that they offer is nearly impossible to beat and certainly worth any additional cost that we paid. Once ordered the blinds came in just when they quoted. They scheduled a two hour delivery, but had all 12 windows installed and gave a tutorial in less than an hour and a half. They installers were knowledgeable and super quick. We are in love with our new blinds! They are exactly what we wanted and look even better than we anticipated.

Different franchises have mixed reviews, but we worked with Brad Gerrish's group and are beyond happy with our plantation shutters. Brad came to our house personally for a free consultation, and brought examples of trims, colors, and styles. We were pleasantly surprised by the price. I declined this service as the engagement ring was purchased elsewhere. At this time their insurance policy was not explained to me. The day after purchasing the wedding band and it being sent out for adjustments, I was contacted by an employee and asked to bring my engagement ring in because they needed it to size the wedding band properly. Only upon arrival to the store they asked for proof of the rings valve, which I did not bring with me. Upon asking further questions, I was also informed that it was store policy that they could only insure the engagement ring for $10,000, regardless of the value, because it was not purchased through them. For obvious reasons, I was not going to allow them to send my engagement ring out with insurance covering only part of the value. The sales woman initiated a total refund for the wedding band as requested. My primary issue is the lack of communication with first two employees I encountered and the company policy to only partially insure customer's jewelry.
