They truly understand how to help, make recommendations and ask the right questions to lead you in the right direction. Although I experienced just fine, nice people at other locations, this group of staff are absolute experts and I felt confident walking out that I had the right products. SW will always get my money moving forward thanks to the store manager and Declan (sorry if I misspelled). Lastly, they have awesome sales, don't be afraid of the price. Jake, was so sweet and helpful , him & his colleagues made sure I got the right paint and that my 20+ minute drive wasn't a waste.... They offered to delivery the paint to me and the very next day or so it was on my porch and they even gave me a courtesy call. I went in today to purchase a sample of the color I needed, but I needed flat finish and samples only come in eggshell. No worries, they mixed up a quart of Benjamin Moore Mink for me, which was probably better as I'd likely go through the sample size pretty quickly. We were, once again, in a situation where we needed some more paint(a different shade) for a different area of the house. After my experience yesterday I decided to take the drive back up to the Sahara and Arville location. Best decision I've made so far today! The employees here are not only friendly, but go to great lengths to try to get you exactly what you're looking for. Bringing my attic cover in tow, Matt was able to get me a near perfect match so I could paint in that area. After describing my situation from yesterday, he was able to explain to me that the reason for the price difference in paint was due to the discount given by the builder. Just getting some kind of logical explanation made all the difference in the world. I just wish the guys from the other location had let me in on this little tidbit. As long as circumstances will allow I will now make it a point to just stick with this location. The prices are reasonable and fair, but it's the outstanding customer service that has me completely impressed! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! 5 stars.

I called ahead of time to see about ordering a gallon of paint and he was very friendly and patient with me over the phone and gave me a time quote when it'd be ready. He had the paint waiting for me when I arrived and greeted me with a warm smile and friendly tone. After giving me my new paint. I asked if he would mind taking a look at my old can of paint to see if it was good or had gone bad. He not only inspected, but stirred it up for me and gave me a smaller can to place the old paint in. He took the time and went above and beyond. They gave me little samples to try out. This time, I need to have doors re-painted. They gave me some advice on choosing painters. I had a little repair myself too. I was thinking I needed a roller. The guy at the counter listened about my little repair and recommended less than $2.00 tool for the job. I left happily and the job got done. Every time, their staffs kindly answered all little very basic questions I had. They didn't try to sell or upsell anything. They gave me exactly what I needed for the job in hand.
