It is my opinion that many residential spreaders of paint should advertise as such and refrain from the noble title of painter. I recently bought 3 tons of pellets at the spring sale as it is the best time to get them. I also…read morepaid for delivery that was $125.00 and was told that they have to have a clear path to stack them. I was aware of that as I had gotten them before when the store was Courtland. When they called to set up my delivery date they said again I have to have a clear path which I do. Yesterday June 25th my pellets arrived and dropped in front of my garage the driver refused to stack them in my garage even though I had a clear path to do so. I had to pay someone $100.00 to do what was suppose to be done by your driver. When I finally got a hold of Tori today she said that they don't hand stack anymore and only bring them in on a pallet jack. That if I had wanted them hand stacked there is an additional fee for that and they only do that on a certain day. She also said that she tells everyone upon setting up the delivery that she informs people then that they have to have enough room for the pallet jack. This is a complete lie my husband is disabled and was sitting next to me when I ordered the pellets on speaker phone and when the delivery was set up a few days later. At no time did anyone tell us they are not hand stacked and that they are brought in with a pallet jack. Had I known this I would have never gotten pellets from your store. I would not recommend your store to anyone very poor service.

When I called to schedule, I had no problems. They fit me in about 2 weeks. I didn't have to be there. Huge plus, since I work in VA. And they called to reconfirm - really to make sure they had the right date, but appreciated nonetheless. So when I got a chance to inspect it - I circled around the house and even brought out my camera to zoom in at the top to see - it was definitely a huge improvement from what my house looked like before. And it was bad before! I gave them 4 out of 5 only because I'm very meticulous. I saw just a few (very minor) still a bit dirty areas. Which might be because of the age of the home and ingrained into the siding. But, considering my home is about 3000 sq. ft, I can discount that fact and you literally have to be up on it to see it. (Told you - meticulous). That and a few items looked like they were moved but not put back in place. Probably for better access to the house, but the beauty is in the details. Other than that, I am definitely going to use them again!
