I also wanted the wood trim around the garage door, first and second floor windows, a large colonial window above the entrance, the front door and windows, and all facia boards repainted. I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. William informed me of the timeline for the job as well as the arrival and departure times each day. Once he got started, he arrived on time and departed on time each day. I covered all of my furniture expecting a lot of dust from sanding, but was amazed that he handled it in a way that there was no excessive dust and he left my house clean every day. The job was completed on time and the results were magnificent. In order to further update the cabinets, I asked him to replace the old hinges with soft-closed hinges and now the cabinets are like new.
