In a world with terrible service, Brittany was truly a star. She tracked down the Traeger Representative multiple times. When they were non responsive, she escalated to Ace's ownership and pleasantly surprised us. Not only did she drive all the way to Whitemarsh to get us a replacement unit, she also delivered it to our house with a new bag of pellets and a gift card. I say that jokingly because my parents are long time customers of the Wild Bird Center and they have a plethora of bird feeders and often discuss the flock of native birds that visit them. Have you ever seen that Geico commercial where the old lady is telling her son over the phone about the squirrels in the attic while he's being chased by bad guys on a skyscraper rooftop? Yeah, its kinda like that with my parents telling me about their birds at the most importune time. Anyway, I've digressed, significantly. In search of some bird feeder related items for my parents I visited the Wild Bird Center in Park Plaza for the first time in December. I am so sorry I didn't visit sooner. This store is fantastic! As the name implies, they have plenty of quality bird feeders and a variety of bird seed that is appropriate for the local birds. I was in search of seed for my parents' Squirrel Buster bird feeder that would attract little cute birds and not make a mess. The staff was able to immediately point me to the best seed for that scenario. With my errand complete, I then enjoyed looking around the store at garden decor, hand painted ornaments, wind chimes, books, and such, I think I might even have seen some bees wax products. As far as the staff goes, they are delightful and helpful! I really enjoyed their welcoming and positive spirit and all of my interactions with them. About 1 year and 6 months ago, I purchased a bedroom set from Regency Furniture, including a bed, mattress, drawer chest, and dresser. I received all items except the dresser, even though the dresser and the delivery/assembly fees were paid in full at the time of purchase. Shortly after my purchase, the store where the order was placed closed. Since then, I have visited several nearby Regency Furniture locations with my receipt to ask for help. Each time, staff were courteous and tried to look up the order in their system. They informed me that the dresser would be ordered or made available, but I did not receive any follow-up communication or delivery. At this point, more than 18 months have passed, and the dresser has still not been delivered. I am writing this review to share my experience and to request that the company help resolve this long-pending issue by either providing the dresser or advising me on the appropriate next steps. I hope this situation can be resolved soon.

Brandon asked him if he was a Patriots fan because the of the man's hat. Before the man could answer, Brandon started talking about how he doesn't watch football anymore because they don't stand for the national anthem. No one responded or fed into his attempt at debate. " I did not bring up the mascot because I didn't want to argue. When I pulled up to the store , I saw a small inexpensive white or light gray pick up truck with a huge confederate flag hanging on the back of it and numerous confederate bumper stickers on the front of it. After 30 minutes of shopping it was still there. I was loading my things in my suv when I saw someone that I knew, so I stopped to talk for a few. While we were talking, Brandon came outside, got in his truck and moved it from the parking spot that he was initially in on the side to a parking spot right beside us. The person that I was talking to asked me, "What's up with him?" I told them that he just wants attention. He was trying to get a rise out of the Mexican guy and now he's trying to antagonize us. Not once did anyone reach out to inform me of a delay, I had to continuously follow up myself. Each time I called, I was given different information, and when I asked to speak with my original salesperson, I never received a callback. I also requested to speak with a store manager multiple times and again, no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. Now I'm being told that delivery could take up to four months from the time I placed my order, which is completely unacceptable given what I was originally promised. Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The customer service is poor, communication is nonexistent, and expectations set at the time of purchase were misleading. I would not recommend this store based on my experience

Best they would do for me was 100 dollars off of a 1,765 dollar purchase of a "piece of junk".
