I asked about ordering and delivery and delivery is only to the store, not to my residence, "delivery" is to the store, online bait and switch. I will never go back to this Home Depot ever. I live close by so I plan on visiting the site for most of my hardware needs. One of the biggest things to stand out when I went to Ace Hardware what's the difference in the way the staff treats and greets you upon entering the store. At Ace Hardware the staff are right at the front door and when you enter the store they greet you and ask you how can they help you. At the big hardware stores they walk around with their blue orange orange vest and ignore you and hope you won't ask them a question. I doubt any of the staff at Ace will tell you "I'm sorry I can't help you that's not my department."
