Pricing was extremely competitive, and service writers were friendly and efficient. Only (very minor) gripe: tire pressure sensors were not recalibrated (i.e.: no test drive on Discount Tire's part)--totally fine, but I would have appreciated a heads-up as opposed to driving around for ten minutes prior to the sensors actually reading again and confirming that the tires were inflated properly.

My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. So why didn't I go to Costco and spend a few dollars less for a battery? I did! When I took the battery home and tested it before installation it was at 60% capacity! I put it on a charger over night with no improvement. This is indicative of a battery damaged during shipping or on the shelf too long. I took it back for a return and asked why they don't test the batteries before selling it. Their response was this is Costco!
