Before I arrived I always call to ensure the store is open to avoid wasting fuel and the staff is always courteous answering the phone. Everyone I've met has always been the best in service. The first time I went to Waters Ace Hardware store Carl helped me find a Delta handle for my kitchen sink and also allowed me to use his work room to try to fix my original handle which was damaged from the removing the screw. When I came in mid-project to buy more paint, the same service rep. remembered me by name, was super helpful, gave me some pointers, and let me take advantage of an upcoming sale to offset the cost of having to buy a second quart of paint. We just moved into a rental after hurricane Florence and the rental house had so many marks, dings,…read moreall over the walls. I made several calls to fine the builder to get the paint color. Color brand is PPG so Lowe's can't mix it. Went here to BBG's and spoke to George, after searching he found that the builder had requested the paint to be premixed meaning can't color match. But George did not give up. He found a color sample he had on file in case anyone came into the store for paint in the future and was able to match it that way. George is so friendly and will not stop trying to get it right. Would recommend this paint store to anyone.
