The finish lasted two years and then completely peeled off. Realizing the warranty had expired, we spoke with Mr. Major who tried to obtain a new chair on our behalf. The mfg refused to do anything but Major offered us a new (different) chair at a nicely reduced price and also gave us a break on the price of delivery and haul-away. These days, when the bottom line is regarded as most important it's really nice to be treated to top notch customer service.

The flooring measurements kept changing as the job progressed . The layout of the carpet was done in such a way that the seams all spanned the center of each room in which the carpet was to be installed . We wanted the seams to run against walls not the center of a 18 ft by 13 room . We complained about the finished job to Angela the manager in the office and she was extremely confrontational and defensive . I called another store locally to inspect the work done and they were shocked to see how a simple job could be layed out so wrong. Over priced Carpet that we were told would hold up . Terrible customer service . The carpets already look terrible and worn where we walk . It's only been 6 weeks and the carpets look like they are 2 years old with wear . The fibers are all matted and it looks terrible . We don't wear shoes on the new floor , no pets and we vacuum daily . We are not satisfied at all and will never purchase flooring from them again . We created two candles, (1) large and (1) small. The process was fun, and we enjoyed learning how candles are made. They did an amazing job explaining every step. Simple, fun and a unique experience! You get to name your candles! Choosing a fun, uniqure name added to the experience. We named our candles and were told we needed to wait for them to set before we picked them up. They would call us when they were ready, which was a few hours later. We bought a car diffuser and wax melt while we were in store. By the way, I had to come BACK later in the week and buy another one because I regretted not buying one for my car. Do yourself a favor, buy one for every car. You won't regret it. We picked up our candles, which were beautfiully wrapped and packaged to perfection! We kept the lid on them for a few days before burning them for the first time. Once we burned them, we were sold! The wax melts burned beautifully, and the scent filled the room. Usually you have to scrape the old wax off, but their wax melts pop right off! (I'm never buying another wax melt from anyone else.)
