We were told on the first visit that he had ordered a part to fix a broken shelf, but on the second visit, were told that this was not an included repair and we would have to order and install it ourselves. Previously, Lowes worked with a local repair company we could speak with to schedule a specific time so would not have to waste a whole day waiting for the technician. And we could have clarified the issue on the shelf. But there was no opportunity to do that with Sears. Just saw that the total cost was $354 to replace the lights. Delivery is on time and they call just before arrival. A pleasure to do business with and I'm glad to have them available.
