The lumber was delivered on the expected date of the 19th, and the delivery persons dropped it in the driveway. Tara had told my husband they would help us take it where we wanted. My husband moved all the supplies by himself to the back yard. Tara said she would check on that and never got back with us. The sliding door got an updated delivery date of June 8th. We were going to be finished by the room on May 30th and called them on the 22nd to cancel the door. They wouldn't cancel the order or work with us to restock it and charge a restocking fee. When we looked at the website it said there was a 30-day return policy. Tara said it was a special order and didn't qualify. So... we have a 72''x80'' door being delivered (we need 2 people there to help them) to our son's house sometime after the 8th - not sure exactly when. Two weeks later, I still do not have my mower, and no one at Tractor Supply can provide a delivery date. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or apparently even longer. The issue appears to be with a new delivery service called Roadie⁠, which is owned by UPS. The process seems to work like a gig-service platform where drivers accept deliveries. Unfortunately, multiple drivers have reportedly shown up without the proper flatbed equipment needed to safely transport a zero-turn mower. As a result, the delivery continues to be delayed. What is most disappointing is Tractor Supply's response. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, they simply point the finger at Roadie. Despite tying up $4,000 of my money and failing to deliver on their commitment, they have offered no meaningful resolution, compensation, or even a realistic timeline. I understand that third-party vendors can have issues, but when customers purchase from Tractor Supply, they are doing business with Tractor Supply--not Roadie. The responsibility for fulfillment ultimately belongs to the retailer. At this point, I am seriously considering canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere. If you are considering ordering large equipment from Tractor Supply, be aware that delivery may not be as straightforward or reliable as advertised. Buyer beware.

Anyway, me and The Hubs visited their Kitchen and Bath Showroom just a little over a month ago since we needed to replace some kitchen and bathroom faucets. There are many faucets on display and many more in their catalogs to choose from. Peggy Johnson was very helpful and great to work with. In a nutshell, we found some great looking faucets and replaced the main kitchen sink faucet, beverage dispenser next to the sink, and a bar sink faucet (all from the same collection so they match). We also found a nice replacement faucet for our powder room sink. It's nice to be able to see and feel these items ahead of time to know what you're getting. If you're looking for fixtures a step (or two) nicer than what you might find at the big box stores, this place is a great option. The items we chose took less than three weeks to come in. Since the other side of their business is plumbing and heating supply/distribution, they work with many local (and independent) plumbers.
