I went to the Sherwin Williams store to get brochures of outdoor paint samples. I was highly…read moredisappointed with the sales clerk. He acted like he did not know what I was talking about. I told him I needed to get a brochure like the one he was holding. He then referred me to their website. I told him I already went on-line and wanted a brochure. He then showed me the store display. The store display showed me what I was asking about. There were samples of both Exterior and Interior paints. He insisted I could use specified Interior paints on the outside and told me all the paints were the same. I told him this is incorrect and SW has a very good explanation of paints including purposes on the SW website. I suggested he look at their website. I then told him I didn't need any more "help" that I wanted to get samples from the display. He then went back to his counter. I got the brochures with paint samples I needed and my painter has since successfully complete the job. Sherwin Williams has excellent paint products, but at this store the clerk was incompetent and needed to be trained on what he is selling. Fortunately, this was not my first time buying paint and I did my homework before going to this store. My experience was frustrating to say the least and will look for another SW store to go to in the future. It is sad that a well-established franchise does not have a better qualified staff representative of their brand. This is a primary reason businesses go bankrupt.

I am sure the issue is somewhere on our roof, but I am not clear exactly where. While walking around searching for roofing materials, I noticed the work clothes section near the front. I also saw that they carry major appliances too, bit I didn't spend too much time looking at those. I found out that thry have a different line-up of paint as well, and I actuallybdid purchase a quart of semi-gloss for our bathroom. Thats the thing about these big box hardware stores- you come in with the idea of purchasing a single item, but end-up leaving with three things!

Dennis and his crew were here today to paint our living room, hallways and all the trim for three bedroom doors, bathroom door and linen closet. All walls and ceilings were painted without any splatters or paint drops. No only did they show up right on time (which is not easy to do in this area) but they treated our home and belongings as if it were their own. All furniture gently moved and covered. Excellent and very timely paint job! Highly recommend!
