I went to the Sherwin Williams store to get brochures of outdoor paint samples. I was highly disappointed with the sales clerk. He acted like he did not know what I was talking about. I told him I needed to get a brochure like the one he was holding. He then referred me to their website. I told him I already went on-line and wanted a brochure. He then showed me the store display. The store display showed me what I was asking about. There were samples of both Exterior and Interior paints. He insisted I could use specified Interior paints on the outside and told me all the paints were the same. I told him this is incorrect and SW has a very good explanation of paints including purposes on the SW website. I suggested he look at their website. I then told him I didn't need any more "help" that I wanted to get samples from the display. He then went back to his counter. I got the brochures with paint samples I needed and my painter has since successfully complete the job. Sherwin Williams has excellent paint products, but at this store the clerk was incompetent and needed to be trained on what he is selling. Fortunately, this was not my first time buying paint and I did my homework before going to this store. My experience was frustrating to say the least and will look for another SW store to go to in the future. It is sad that a well-established franchise does not have a better qualified staff representative of their brand. This is a primary reason businesses go bankrupt. read more

What's impressive about SW as a company is their ability to match paint color by using their scanning and matching technology. I dont know of any other paint store who does this and gets it right on the first try. It is impressive actually. You bring a quarter sized piece of the paint and they are able to match it to a T or VERY close...ideal for touch ups. There's a guy at this store called Connor..he is very professional and knows the job. I hope they keep him here because Lord knows we need good customer service and people who know what they are doing, as it cuts customer frustration and anxiety in more than half. Many companies have good employees but fail to retain them because of a lack of wage increase, promotions and or appreciation. Hopefully SW can retain their's. read more

I've been here twice and both times the staff were professional. Shane helped me the last time I was there. He was professional and helpful. I needed a color match and he showed me a sample of the color match (which was spot on) before making me a quart of the paint. All staff wore a mask. The store looked clean. read more

Went here for the first time yesterday, Shane is the manager who helped me out, he was great! Very energetic and you can tell he knows his paints. Refreshing to meet someone who seems to really enjoy his job. Highly recommend! Will be back again for sure read more

We needed our front door repainted and took a picture to this Sherwin-Williams. Our door is wine and the employee made us orange paint. And, when we brought that to his attention, he said that he added red and we went on our way. When the painter came and opened the can, we could not use it and back to the store we went. The painter took the color chart and checked the color of paint for us to get. I provided this to John and he said he would make that. He brought me the can and I did notice that there wasn't a dot on top but I trusted that the paint was correct. My focus was on getting back to the house to provide the paint to the painter who was waiting. Well, the painter opened the paint and it was red. Red - not even close. John should be able to see that the color of paint that he made does not match or come close to the paint color on the chart that was selected. How or should I say, why would he do this? Unbelievable. Never again. Will not trust this store at all for any of my future painting needs. And, will think twice about patronizing any Sherwin-Williams store in the future. We finally went to Lowes and purchased some Sherwin-Williams paint and they were able to match the color. I would not recommend the Sherwin-Williams store in Marumsco plaza at all. read more

very helpful staff and very patient. I'm extremely picky when it comes to colors and decor and these guys worked with me and even let me take home some of their wallpaper catalogs. The price for a bucket of paint is more than what you'd find in Home Depot or Lowes, but its all about the quality people! I got paint for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and the rooms really look beautiful. No cheap looking paint here. read more
