Normally when you walk into a store someone will greet you and say hello. Here not one employee said anything. I waited for 15 minutes while they helped other customers. During that time no one bothered to be courteous enough to say hey we will be with you in a minute. After one of the associates finished helping his customer, instead of coming over to help me, he started walking around the store scanning in inventory. After 5 minutes of doing that he finally decides to come help me. Not sure what the deal at this place is. Ok if you need to run in and grab some paint, but don't expect to get any service here.

Today was the first day of my entirety of having hobby lobby as a consumer store while I was treated the way I was treated by the management name, April. I made a purchase for several items and once I made the final purchase, I looked in my receipt and it was $442 now the reason why we shop at Hobby lobby is because of the deals and a discount that they have in this godfather service and owner. But this day in particular, the manager April is at the front and she seem like she doesn't wanna help us or she has some type of agitation for our presence inside of her store. Once we came back inside of the store to ask for customer service to have a check for all items that were purchased 'Charlene' helped us at the front desk, then while helping us she was interrupted by this manager(APRIL). after being interrupted with a question on what was transpiring in line. When she realized what the issue was were once told immediately... with no time to try to have a disillusion or a proper resolve to the situation that she would have to run the cameras back ‍to check the purchases. The. it wouldn't be able to be done until tomorrow morning the following day. Now mind you, I've been doing business with Hobby lobby for the last six months and spent over $5000.... all of my receipts are attached in this email I'm sending to corporate. So I just wanna make a formal complaint on how this situation was handled and the service that was given to me at Hobby lobby by the manager (APRIL). It can be difficult to fine assistance and the help is hit/miss... The customer service is horrible. Especially the cashiers. We stood in line while 1 cashier checked ppl out and the other played with her hair and makeup. When the cashier that was actually working told her "hey we have a lot if pol in line" the girl responded "I know" looked and the line and proceeded not to care. Once she actually began checking ppl out she was rude and seemed mad to be there working. This isn't the first time we've experienced this. The check out gals are always rude & look angry. I rarely shop there and anytime I do, it's never a pleasant experience.

There is a reason why they have the reviews they do. We got a quote for the services we…read morespecifically asked for. Our house was painted new with watered down flat paint. We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again.
