We were, once again, in a situation where we needed some more paint(a different shade) for a different area of the house. After my experience yesterday I decided to take the drive back up to the Sahara and Arville location. Best decision I've made so far today! The employees here are not only friendly, but go to great lengths to try to get you exactly what you're looking for. Bringing my attic cover in tow, Matt was able to get me a near perfect match so I could paint in that area. After describing my situation from yesterday, he was able to explain to me that the reason for the price difference in paint was due to the discount given by the builder. Just getting some kind of logical explanation made all the difference in the world. I just wish the guys from the other location had let me in on this little tidbit. As long as circumstances will allow I will now make it a point to just stick with this location. The prices are reasonable and fair, but it's the outstanding customer service that has me completely impressed! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! 5 stars.

Initially i thought the store was a bit dead and kinda quiet compared to other paint stores where you see it hustling but what does that have to do with anything right? Relatively clean in appearance. I believe that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about paint and they answered all the questions that I had, so I'm very glad about that. They took the time to help me pick out colors and that was great because I didn't even know where to start with so many choices. They also went over pricing and products for vista and ppg even though I originally came for Benjamin Moore , they said if I like any other competitors colors they can also match paint!! This store may not carry as much products as their other locations like in modern masters but the staff in the store are willing to find and get products from their other locations if needed and if their delivery driver doesn't have many deliveries . That right there says a big thing. I don't find it a big deal to just go get it from another store if I can like others but again I'm just me being me...Great experience. Kudos! I thought expensive but needed it. I ended up with wrong color, my fault, and went to get the right color from another location. They sold me sherwin williams but only sold the gallon. Total for 2 gallons $52. I went to the original store and asked how two quarters could come $60 and 2 gallons cost $52. The counter help had a who cares attitude and said that is the price. I just wanted to know how one store price can be so much more. Still no good answer, just stated that what we charge. I would go to any other sherwin william if you need their paint.

I moved to Vegas about six weeks ago. I went to Tri-color at Eastern Avenue a…read more few times looking for the right colors for my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. While I was there, I did receive good customer services. On this front, I can't complain. Therefore, I decided to use Benjamin Moore paint for the cabinets. I picked a deep green color for my kitchen cabinets and an off white with almond tint for my bathroom cabinets. They got the deep green paint right. However, they totally messed up the white paint. When my painters spray painted the bathroom cabinets, I felt that the color is too yellow. I remember my painters said the color will change once the paint is dried. Thus I didn't say anything during the day. But when I looked at the color late in the evening, the paint was dried and the color is definitely yellow. I started to worry. I called the owner of the painting company right away. The foreman of the crew came first thing in the morning. He checked the paint can, it is labeled with a different color name. Immediately he double checked his receipts from the store, the code of the white color 'OC-1' was clearly stated on the receipt. In other words, he bought the white paint but the store gave him a yellow paint. He and his crew wasted half a day's work. Perhaps we trusted the store too much not to check the labels. The owner of the paint company went to this store and got the right paint. He talked to the store manager about getting some compensations for the cost of wasted labor. The store manager didn't make any commitment but said that he had to check with higher level management about the compensation. I hope my painting company will get some compensation. After all, this kind of mistake is very rare from my own experiences. I dealt with Benjamin Moore stores a lot when I lived in Chicago. I had never experienced this and had never heard of other people having this kind of experience. I hope this store can improve their employee training so they can provide their customers with better services.

I was welcomed immediately by multiple employees when I came in. I needed help finding some exterior paint for my house and was having a lot of trouble figuring out what colors matched what we currently have. Needless to say, I was frustrated before I even walked in as our HOA was next to useless in providing palettes to match our house. Martin came over and was extremely approachable and helpful. I felt comfortable right away. He went above and beyond to find the correct colors for what I was looking for, even digging through a few binders to try and find the original colors of my house. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with everything I needed, adding in a few recommendations, in which I really appreciated. He listened to all my concerns, (and complaints that had nothing to do with him or paints) and provided me with top notch service. Leaving there, I could honestly say I had no expectations of having the experience I had. Not only was Martin fantastic, but so were the other three employees that were helping (sorry I didn't catch their names). They were all very friendly! We bought 20 gallons of duration exterior paint last week on Monday and Tuesday I take it that's the day the manager is off. We bought 2 gallons of deck paint from the store on Pecos and windmill. I needed to get the color changed on that deck paint and I had a chip a paint chip from the deck that I needed it matched to. I took that paint into that Sherwin-Williams store on Boulder Highway and the Manager look at the can of paint and said I'm sorry you didn't buy that at this store, there's nothing I can do with it. I asked him if there was anybody confident enough to mix this paint from this chip here and he said I'm sorry you didn't buy that paint from the store. I can't do anything with it. I said this is a Sherman Williams product that is bought at a Sherman Williams store. Why can't you tint it to this chip and he said you didn't buy it at the store and I tossed the chip onto the counter and I said well then take 2 gallons of paint from the back I'll put these 2 gallons in my van and you mix it to that chip. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't like my attitude and to get out of his store. I said you gotta be fucking kidding me he said nope get out of the store and I told him fuck you suck my dick told him my name told him who I worked for. I leave the store. I'm going to the store that the paint was bought. I called my boss and my boss got a phone call from the manager and of course he didn't tell him what happened. He just told my boss that I told him to suck my dick. I probably could've used some other words, but that's exactly how I Felt. I figured Sherman Williams has stores all over and they should be able to tenant for me. That's why we use Sherman Williams. I took it to the store the manager there took 10 minutes out of our time mixed it and I was on my way. This tells me that the manager is lazy at Boulder Highway my boss instead of asking me what happened start yelling at me I hung up on him That put a wedge between my boss and I my boss has been a dick to me ever since I no longer work for him, Accent Painting.
