Guy at the print service is definitely an unhappy person. Customer service for him seems to be a drag. The girl was helpful however if I wanted self service would have gone from the beginning. Man in the register was very nice and he asked if I need help but I was so upset for the guy in the printing department I said no thank you I just wanted to pay for my copy. The guy in the printer service went on to do other work and left me standing didn't come check if he received the email I sent so I spoke up to the girl because even she didn't bother making eye contact or asked me if I need help nothing. Very disappointed but the place it self is nice and clean and organized I do love that. read more

Nice staff here. What they didn't have at their Office Depot store on sale, they located it for me at another Office Depot store and put it on hold for me. I drove over and picked up a new Epson photo scanner for half off. I bought two external hard drives on clearance half off there at their store. Check out this store for their great customer service and good sales there. They have a print, copy and fax center here. They do price matching here with Amazon. They priced matched a Epson workforce printer before I found on Amazon for half price. I saved $75 when I bought it here. read more

Needed a simple print of 4 pages. Walked into the store and the lady at the Printing area shouts trying to welcome me in. It was a bit much considering i was about 25 feet away and just walked in the store. I had already emailed the document to the self service email, had my code and was ready to go. Unfortunately, one printer was down and the other was being used by someone who seemed to have an entire college book they were attempting to print off. I asked her how long she thought she would take since i was already waiting 10 mins and one couple couldnt wait and just left. She was going to be 20 mins more. I went to the print area where the lady who had shouted at me was just standing around with a ear piece on. I asked her if she was able to print out the 4 pages and unbeknownst to me she was talking to someone on the ear piece. She pointed me to the self serve and they begrudgingly said i can email them to her. Mind you she was helping absolutely no one at 1pm on a Wednesday. She went back to her ear piece and i just walked out and went to fedex in the same shopping center. Their system is quicker and more up to date with no attitude or broken copiers. I have been going to this store for years and I;m always impressed with how helpful eveybody is from the store manager (can't remember his name at moment, sorry) and to everyone in the Print Dept.,past and present. Recently Kimberly and Jennifer were a huge help with a small project that no surprise, turned out perfectly. i give this place 3 stars. it's not great, it's not bad. it's literally in the middle. that being said, in the middle also means it's a coin toss. i've used the services offered here many times and typically all is well. unfortunately my partner came in to have some cards made up and naturally you pay up front so you have to pray and rely on their good service to ensure you get what you pay for. cards weren't ready after 24-36-48 hours. that's what my partner kept getting told. so i went in myself and a very nice lady handed them right over. no issues. i told her the other employee said they weren't here for x amount of days and she was very confused since she knew for a fact the cards were complete the SAME day as ordered. i believe her. i think the other employee either didn't look in all the possible places they could have been OR he was simply too lazy to look. the other problem was the cards. they were done with the correct picture and font etc. but the image wasnt fit-to-card. basically it was like putting a 4x6 photo into a 12x36 frame. there was a huge space that was just white. read more

TLCS - TOTAL LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Office Depot, Do the community and your bottom line a sincere favor and close this location. You spent thousands of dollars to revap the store and did nothing to improve the customer service. While shopping in your store, I've been approached by other customers and ask where to checkout because your staff is unavailable. Last night, I watched a woman simply walkout because she was frustrated that your employee was more interested in making a paper chain from green and red construction paper then operating the sales register. I used to be able to walk-in and get service at you copy center right away. Now, I have to register at a kiosk, wait for the computer to ring my cell, wait a minimum of five minutes and there was no one else in the store. NO MORE ... Office Depot. Your SP Program isn't worth the time and effort without customer service. There are better options in Vegas with employees who care about there Employers customer base ... and your staff don't. read more

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! On August 28th I ordered a $700 desk from Office Depot, it was to be delivered on October 5th. The desk was to be delivered in two parts, but I only received the hutch. I contacted Office Depot and informed them of the issue. Over time they sent me 6 different emails saying they were working on completing the delivery. I eventually went into the physical store to try and expedite the process. The workers were very friendly but could not locate the delivery company. A few days later I received an email from the person in charge of their warehouse. They informed me that a sub contracted delivery company delivered my 2nd half of the desk and that the case was closed. There would be no refund! They also had the balls to tell me to again check my front porch for the item. Like a 93 pound box has been hiding in the front of my house for 5 weeks. We just did a complete remodel in our house. Everything from light fixtures to toilets have been replaced. My point is: I must have received 60 deliveries over a six week period. Office Depot is trying to tell me that 59 boxes were delivered without issue, but the heaviest box--a 93 pound box that contains only half a desk was stolen. Right. The workers hinted that warehouse management receives bonuses for denying claims. I do not know if this is true, I only know that Arokia Francis has not answered his or her phone in weeks. That must be one hell of a bonus vacation. I realize Office Depot is closing a massive amount of stores and laying off thousands of employees to stave off bankruptcy, but ripping off the American Worker is not the way to do it. Office Depot should be ashamed of themselves. Pure criminal activity. read more

I walked into the store and with less than a few minutes I was greeted by a very kind team member who quickly realized that I was very busy and in the need to find what I needed and hurry on out of the store. He was friendly, courteous and really helped me quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but this mysterious team member really made the experience wonderful. During the check out Process Marco, the store Operations Manager, was also friendly, helpful, and quick to ring me up. He even complimented my dress shirt that I just bought the day before which was way cool. Last Sunday I purchased an office chair from Office Depot. I should have known when their employee asked if I wanted the floor model that there would be an issue. The lady at the front counter was nice, but not knowledgeable about her brand at all. She told me it was between $15 and $25 for Office Depot to assemble the chair. The cost was $8. I was told it would be ready in an hour. Many of their employees were walking around doing nothing. One hour later I arrived to find that my chair was not ready. The employee said he would work on it. When I arrived at the counter, the supervisor lied to me telling me the name of a female employee who was putting the arms on my chair. 20 minutes later, the same young man who said he would check on my chair, wheeled it to the front counter. If it wasn't for his efforts, I would give Office Depot one star. I gave them a second chance from the rude girl they had there 2 years and they blew it! I can't trust them. read more

While other stores in this business park make it akin to a scavenger hunt when trying to find employees to help you. Not here. We walked in, were instantly greeted by a staff member asking if we needed help with anything. He lead us right to the section I was looking for and helped answer some questions. On our way from the back corner to the front of the building, we had no less than 5 additional offers for assistance from staff. I am a frequent patron of the copy center, usually with some funny requests. Christina "CC" was very helpful and patient with what needed to be done. After receiving less than a warm welcome at the local FedEx copy center, I was relieved to be meet with such a warm reception and by someone with such expertise. At the copy center one guy was helping another guy and I came and stood in line waiting for my turn, the line was getting longer and ten minutes already passed, then I asked the guy behind the counter "any idea how much more time to wait"? He said "you're gonna need to wait another 10 to 15 minutes if you want me to do your job". doing last minute shopping for school supplies is always a frustrating task with two children two nights ago I ran in and 830 hoping to grab the last few things I needed for my kids to start school on Monday I was tired it was loud in the store it was very busy and my patients were short when I got to the register Justen greeted me with a calm and pleasant hello and did you find everything you needed as a line piled up behind me he remained patient and helped me with the items I was having issues with not finding I told him wow I can imagine working here at this time must be stressful his response was I have three jobs and I love working here tonight has been great seeing all the people getting their kids the supplies they needed to go To school I left there impressed that such a friendly and helpful cashier could change my mood that night from being stressed and impatient with my children to feeling accomplished and calmed when I walked out of the store. read more
