I went picked up two quotes of paint for my exterior. They had the paint code for my community. I knew they cost more but better to have what was used. Two quarts cost $65. I thought expensive but needed it. I ended up with wrong color, my fault, and went to get the right color from another location. They sold me sherwin williams but only sold the gallon. Total for 2 gallons $52. I went to the original store and asked how two quarters could come $60 and 2 gallons cost $52. The counter help had a who cares attitude and said that is the price. I just wanted to know how one store price can be so much more. Still no good answer, just stated that what we charge. I would go to any other sherwin william if you need their paint. read more

Andrew provided the best service. Came in to look for supplies to paint the new home and didn't have a clue there were so many options. Andrew gave me the 411 on the different types of base and was very helpful. They also have a promotional sale going on right now 25% off everything until 7/25/23. The store was clean and organized. My husband and I dropped off small paint samples left by our builder on Tuesday about an hour before they closed. We asked for the following to be made: 2 pints 1 gallon (Nothing special about our paint order) We were told they would be ready for pick up the next day (Wednesday). My husband went in to pick up the paint a little before 2pm and has yet to come back out with the paint and it is now 2:30pm. An associate told him it would be about 3 more minutes when he inquired (at 2:03pm) about how much longer it would be. At 2:25, he was told someone was finishing up with the last can (shaking it up). This is an absurd amount of time to "pick up" the paint that we dropped off the night before. read more

He explained what information we need in order for him to give us a perfect match. We are new homeowners so we had no clue what to expect. Bishop gave my husband information on exterior paint while I spoke on the phone with Chris, who was at the commercial location, so we could get the correct interior paint. We decided to get our interior paint from Chris' location (Fort Apache) because they had the correct product, but we will definitely come back to this location once we are ready to repaint our exterior in about 10 years? read more

This place is a joke. My family and I came here on Saturday to get some paint ideas for my daughters room. We were not greeted by any of the employees at all. We spent the entire time searching for items on our own. Comparing paint brands on our own. Not one person offered to give us help or advice on anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If I was a contractor I would know what I'm doing and would expect no advice or help. But I'm a family person walking in and my presence was annoying them? I will not be back to spend a dime here. I'll definitely go to the competitors and be treated with respect. read more

I had high hopes for this store. I expected their paint to be so much better than the big box stores. What I found was their paint is no better than Hone Depot's. The difference is you pay $10-25 dollars a gallon for the top line paint. We got several gallons on their Emerald Paint to paint 4 rooms. The first room when perfect and we were excited to do the other rooms. The other 3 rooms were painful and required 2-3 coats to cover. The rooms all had the exact same color we were covering so it was odd how inconsistent the paint was. To make matters worse one room the paint color was not even close to the card color we selected. It looked ok on top of the can but had a pastel look on the wall. We are going to have to repaint as it looks horrible. We went back to see the Josh the salesman we bought the paint from abs should a picture showing the paint not being close to what we bought. He even agreed it was not even close but then took the oh well attitude. He mentioned to the female manager and she mumbled and quickly walked away. I returned some paint and other items as I am never buying from them again. Horrible customer service and high prices - taking my paint business back to Home Depot as I know they would make it right if I got paint unlike what I bought. read more

Unfortunately I did not have the greatest experience at this store. When I first went in, the gentleman that came to provide assistance was not very helpful when we asked for some advice based on a ballpark color that we were looking for. I literally just wanted him to point me to a few colors that would be closest to what i was looking for and he said i should pick out the colors myself. Like yeah no duh but if i knew which color i wanted, i wouldn't be asking for help. He then informed me that his best advice would be to spend about $80-$100 on samples, then decide which colors I wanted to buy... he does realize that not everyone painting a room in their house wants to spend $80 just to figure out ONE color right? We are literally painting one wall in a spare bedroom and i think it's a little bit ridiculous to suggest a customer spend $80-$100 just to find one color for one wall.. We were then told that if we wanted to speak with a color specialist we would have to wait 4 days until he was back in the store. So if I want to talk to someone who knows about color for paint, at a "paint store" I have to wait 4 days?? Luckily for me, I did find a green, on my own without any help from the staff, that I liked for our one wall. When I went back to purchase it, I was told that the only finish they had available in that color was the Emerald which is a $74 gallon of paint. Again, I was not wanting to pay $74 for one gallon of paint when I was literally painting one wall with it and would most likely end up with tons left over. I asked for the gallon of paint that was $39 (harmony) which is what the price sheet indicated Harmony cost. When I told the staff that I would go to a different Sherman Williams store to get the finish I wanted, since I was not willing to pay that much, he told me he would give me the emerald paint for the price of the harmony paint, to which I agreed, but was then when I got home, realized he charged me $67. I then had to go back into the store for the 3rd time to explain what happened, just to be told that the Harmony paint is actually a $60 gallon of paint, not $39 and that the sign (that was out there for all of their customers to read) was wrong. I then had to convince the staff working how that was false advertisement and that I should be refunded the difference. Although I love the color I picked out and how looks on my walls, I was not impressed with the staff at this store because they were reluctant to help and it felt like they did not have the empowerment to give customers solutions to their problems. I should not have to wait 4 days to speak with someone who knows about paint in a paint store and I should not have to convince a employee to honor a rate that they were advertising on their price sheet. Went to The Home Depot the next day to get a different paint color for our other walls and the staff was super helpful, had the finish I needed, and it only cost me $65 to purchase 2 more gallons of Behr Ultra paint. How sad is it that it cost less for 2 gallons of Behr than the one gallon they wanted to charge me at SW? Next time I will go to the Home Depot. SW should realize that their paint is no better than other brands and not everyone wants to pay $300 to paint literally one 10x10 room, which is what they expect of you. read more
