Like with any business it's all a matter of who you get to help you. I have been to this store on 3 separate occasions and have been helped by the same middle-aged gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name). I'm just a home owner - not a painter - and I always need guidance as to what product I need. My experience has been very positive with courteous and profesional service from staff at this location. I just had the best experience ever at this location! I decided instead of spending $500-$700 getting my home painted, I should just spend 1/2 the money on the materials that I'll be able to keep and learn a new skill. I told John about my project and asked a million questions. He was not only hysterical but super patient with me and never once made me feel like I was in over my head. I am assuming from reading past low rated reviews, that quite possibly I dealt with the same salesperson, however I did not get his name. I arrived at the store, and the guy behind the counter was very flippant with me from the very beginning. I had asked a few simple questions, one being about a very common product that I needed in order to remedy a mistake I had made , and was told "We don't have that product, and even if we did we wouldn't sell it to residential customers, and you will just have to go elsewhere or hire someone." I'm assuming Sherwin-Williams sells paint stripper, no? I was pretty much told to take a hike, and from the guys rhetoric, I could tell he does not like residential customers coming in to purchase anything. The whole experience left me feeling shutdown and humiliated; hence I took my business elsewhere to Lowe's, where I was treated kindly all questions were answered, collected my merchandise and was out the door in no time. read more

Came here to pick out new paint colors. Our painter Matisse here to help us choose some colors. The staff was extremely professional and the place was super clean. What kind of picky when it comes to the colors that were trying to choose so it took us about 20 minutes to figure it out but thanks to Sherwin-Williams helpful staff it was an easy process. I am having a desk and cabinet painted in Sherman Williams Pro Industrial Commodore SW 6524, it's a dark shade of blue. When the first coat went on, I knew the color wasn't right. I brought it back to the store, and Ray checked the formula and verified it was correct. He worked about 30 minutes trying to adjust the color without success. He then spent several hours mixing and re-mixing, creating a custom formula that matched the color sample. I am thrilled! I only purchased one gallon of paint, yet Ray took the time to perfect the color. Thank you Ray for your great attitude and customer service! read more

Sherwin Williams paint is great! We tried a regular home maintenance paint, but found out that Sherwin Williams paint is worth the price you pay. I've been here multiple times and there has always been one guy working the counter...which makes for a really long wait. They aren't very good at answering their phone too so don't bother calling because if its just that one guy working then he doesn't have time to answer. They have everything you need here to paint and their paint selection/colors is extensive. You can always choose to go with their low VOC paint, but I really couldn't tell the difference between the smells from when we painted one room with their low VOC to their regular paint. They also offer discounts from time to time, so I would check online or wait for their 30% off all paints and supplies! read more

After waiting 10 minutes for assistance we finally had to interrupt a conversation between employees at the counter. Said they would be with us. After another 10 minutes of waiting we packed up and went to lowes. If they work on commission, shame on them since we already knew what we wanted, just needed 5 gallons mixed. read more

Received a friendly greeting when I walked in the door, and things took a 180 after that, unfortunately. My HOA sent me to Sherwin Williams (and specifically this location) so I could purchase 3 different colored gallons of touch-up paint. I was given a very strange look and then asked if my home was yellow, which it is not. In any event, I was told that no, they do not have the paint I need, nor are they aware of my neighborhood paint scheme, even after showing the blond attitude-ridden girl behind the counter the e-mail directly from my HOA. Do not go here unless you like to be made to feel inferior. read more

We visited this location after being told about their design consultants. The place was actually very clean. Wouldn't have figured a paint store would have been so well kept. We are building a new house and had a hard time finalizing some of the colors. The design consultant was very helpful in helping us find solutions that met the style we are going for. Receiving a not so friendly greeting when I walked in the door, things got worse. My HOA sent me to Sherwin Williams ( specifically this location) so I could get paint chips. In any event, I was told that they don't have internet access and can't help me with the color schemes, they are not aware of my neighborhood paint scheme, even after telling the dark haired guy behind the counter on 2/2 approx 2:15 pm that Sherwin Williams lists the information on their website. He was flat unwilling to help or determine his customers needs. Maybe Sherwin Willians does need Peccole Ranch business!! Do not go to this location if you want a good customer experience. read more

Jon helped us color/sheen match a paint chip yesterday. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We have had bad luck getting this specific color/sheen matched at other places, the paint never matched quite right but Jon helped us get paint that matches perfectly! We are so surprised and impressed how great our walls look now touched up. The color is seamless and that's with Jon matching a smaller sized paint chip. We are very impressed with the service here and won't get paint matched again anywhere else. read more

Don't bother going there they guy has a bad attitude and poor customer service I try asking where the paint for metal was and he's answer was on the back so I look behind me and then he say no on the back but employees only who ? The sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable! My wife and I spoke to Tess and she offered and excellent solution to our dilemma. We absolutely love the final results....the paint maybe a bit pricey in comparison to the big box stores but knowledge and experience is worth every penny!!! read more

I went in to buy some interior touch up paint for my house. They were great to deal with. Jacob mixed everything up fast and I was out the door for less money than I thought I would spend. I usually buy paint at the big home improvement stores thinking it's all the same. It really isn't all the same. I'm going to buy my paint at an actual paint store from now on. I've had about 5-6 employees help me with everything from painting tips, paint type suggestions, color matching to professional referrals. EACH & every worker has been extraordinary.
